Came from down south to the tribute festival. My room for a double room 7 was huge and very clean smelled great when I walked in.. My first morning the hot water didn’t seem to work in my room, but went to the lady on reception she went out of her way to let me use a suite to use to get ready for that day and by the time I got back from the first night at the festival they had sorted it. I didn’t have breakfast included but i did charge it to my room it was very nice lots to choose from and lots of coffee and juices and croissants and breads to chose from. There is lots of lovely cafes nearby but highly recommend the restaurant next door Matteos 👍 If I was in the Seaton Carew/Hartlepool Area this would be my first choice too stay at. Great stay x

I have to say that this place is very accommodating, clean and has great food . Having read some of the previous bad reviews I gave it a chance and was pleased with the stay. I would hazard a guess that some of the horrible reviews are fake due to a certain Blackpool hotelier. If I’m correct this is an extremely nasty thing to do by trying to sabotage a business. Give this place a try is all I can say. Based on my unbiased reviews.

ฉันเคยไป Hartlepool หลายครั้งในอดีตและอาศัยอยู่ในสถานที่ต่าง ๆ ในช่วงหลายปีที่ผ่านมา แต่โรงแรมแกรนด์ฉันชอบพนักงานที่ดีห้องพักกว้างขวางทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมฉันพบลูกค้าที่หยาบคายแม้ว่าพนักงานจะทําอะไรทุกอย่าง พวกเขาสามารถสําหรับเธอดังนั้นฉันจึงต้องบอกเธอว่าเธอหยาบคายมากจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนและยังกล่าวถึงร้านแกงในอาคารเดียวกันอาหารที่ยอดเยี่ยมและพนักงานที่ดีอีกครั้ง

Had a lovely stay here last night, we booked last minute and communication was great with the staff before we arrived. Upon arrival, the owner was there to help straight away, lovely and chatty, friendly and got us sorted straight away. She showed us around our room, told us everything we needed to know about the room, door codes, wifi, hot tub, then left us to it. The bedroom/bathroom were spotless, hot tub spotless and the area surrounding the hot tub too. Lovely fairy lights around the hot tub, a fridge/freezer to keep our food/drinks in. Seats and a table outside but drinks holders were also on the hot tub. We hadn't brought a speaker but we were asked if we wanted to borrow one, we didn't need to use it but the offer was nice. The bed was sooo comfy along with all the bedding! There was a radiator, and another heater if needed but we didn't need to use this, the room was nice and warm. Robes, slippers and towels provided aswell as a coffee machine with pods, kettle, instant coffee, milk, little soaps etc.. all really nice. There was a tv in the room and we used netflix on the night. We will definitely return again as a couple but probably with our kids too. Thank you :) Also, we didn't go out this time other than a quick trip to the shop as we were purely there to chill and do nothing... but you're just along the road from a load of nice restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets/shops, amusements, bars etc.. if you're having that type of trip.

We came here for our Grandparents 70th wedding anniversary party and stayed over night. It was amazing! The party was very well staffed with food being brought out promptly and cleared in good time. Staff were all lovely and more than helpful when needed. The green out the front was perfect for the little ones to have a run around and burn off some energy. We had a family room (2 rooms adjoining) and it was great! Lovely and clean, plenty of space for us all, comfy beds! The tea/coffee station was very generously stocked. We’d asked for a few extras (ironing board and iron) and the staff were very happy to help. Breakfast in the morning was great. Quick service and well cooked. All the staff in the morning were lovely and cheerful! Could have easily stayed another night!
