Do not expect modern hotel. Very nice reception but it finishs there. Low number of choices in meal. I felt unconfortable in restaurant because all dinner time one staff was standind next to me and count how much I eat 😅 Only the pyramid view from swiming pool is excelent

Very comfortable and clean, super friendly staff. Incredible views of the pyramids from 7th floor. Would definitely recommend. The terrace is also very cozy and accommodating. The food at the terrace restaurant was freshly made to order and was tasty . Prices were reasonable and the portion were generous.

Это было два чудесных дня в Гизе. Хороший отель: уютный номер, бассейн шикарный, завтраки. Нам понравилось. В сентябрьский зной было очень приятно оказаться именно там. Особенно хочу отметить работу менеджера Инесс - с первых минут нашего прибывания до самого отъезда она нам помогала, помогла заселиться, выбрать и посмотреть номер, затем организовала нам трансфер до пирамид, такси. В общем, как фея, готова была выполнить любые наши пожелания. Огромное спасибо, Инесс!! Спасибо, Солюкс, рекомендую всем! В следующий раз обязательно вернёмся:))

The customer service in this hotel is exceptional, you feel completely taken care of at all times. Mohamed Talaat the sales & Marketing Manager can arrange bespoke tours for you as well as airport pick up to the hotel regardless of what time you arrive. He also made sure we maximised our time there by keeping our luggage and giving as access to a shower before heading to the airport as we had a late night flight and had been out seeing the sites all day. He was always attentive to our needs and checked in with our guide during the day to make sure we were ok. Reception and all staff are welcoming and friendly and there is 24 hour security. The rooms are big, clean and new, bathroom is good too. The WiFi occasionally drops so be prepared for that but it’s not a problem as it does work properly when it’s back online. My only request would be for local food to be available on the menu, but in any event I would still recommend this place highly especially if you solo travel as a female as I did at the beginning of the week. Feels safe and comfortable a great first impression of Egypt .

WOW what an amazing hotel. Aldo in reception is incredible. Very helpful. The rooms are very clean and modern. We are so glad we decided to stay longer. Close to the Pyramids. Other staff are excellent. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed while in Egypt.

Mr.Mostafa, the host, was very kind and contacted me immediately after I made the reservation. After arriving, he welcomed me with a drink, which I really enjoyed. The location is very close to the Pyramids, and he can help arrange tours if you ask him whenever you want. The night view from the accommodation is beautiful, offering a stunning view of the Pyramids. I heard that a new hotel in the same group will be opening soon, so be sure to check it out as well.
