The previous life of the hotel was built by the Qian family, who did business in the late Qing Dynasty. The whole old house was a typical garden building in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Later, it was renovated to integrate the modern new Chinese style, which not only retained the century-old architectural culture, but also reflected the modern elegant atmosphere. In the Spring Festival of 1999, the neighbors caught fire. The first building was burned, and then the fire wall was preserved. In 2004, it was fully repaired according to the original layout structure of the hall. In order to strengthen the residents' awareness of fire prevention and the witness of history, the door that year was burned in that year was retained. As the saying goes: the fire is prosperous and the ingots rolled in. I also hope that the guests will have a lot of money.

1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

WWilliamInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

ผผู้เข้าพักI’m really happy with the experience of living in this hotel. The service you get here is on top, especially for such comfortable price. The reception administrator deserves a special mention: when we asked how to get to the Wuzhen scenic area, he ordered a taxi for us and covered the fee himself. When we were hungry and wanted to order some food, but the restaurant we have chosen didn’t do the delivery to our hotel, he ordered the food to the another spot in 200 meters from the hotel and went there to get our delivery himself. He’s a great person and professional 👏 Thank you a lot, you made our stay a pleasure!
I can also say that the location is quite close to the scenic area, which was important for us as tourists. The design of the hotel and our room particularly is modern and photogenic :) All the workers are nice and helpful people. The only negative moment is that we found some black hairs in the room, but in general the room was clean and comfy.
In conclusion, I can recommend you this hotel and will recommend it to my friends coming to Wuzhen 😊

AanetlinThe location was very good and cheap!
BUT! The room is not comfortable at all. The bed was hard and the pillows were not fluffy. The bed wasn't cleaned properly (found hair under the blanket, and there are dirty spots on the pillow or the chair. Although overall, the room was clean, just not the bed.
Check in process for foreigners was also easy here 😁
Amenities were pretty complete, although it missed certain things. The room was for 2 people, but the sandal was for 1 person.
