Wonderful home environment in a peaceful neighborhood. Easy to access. Breakfast lovely. Nice break after busy city daytime activities. Fabulous hosts! Looking forward to returning in warm weather to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities.

I'm thrilled about my experience at the Hampton Inn! The service here is good, from the impeccably clean rooms to the outstanding customer service and delicious breakfast. Bella, who works in the breakfast room, truly impressed me with her warm demeanour and exceptional service. Additionally, although I don't know her name, the dedication of the housekeeper in ensuring that my room was always clean made me feel comfortable when sleeping in this room. It's clear that every staff member here goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.

I stayed there for almost 20 days with my family and I never feel that I am away from home.They have very cooperative staff specially the front desk they respond you very quickly and act accordingly to that. The location is very centrally located and very easily access to everything.The cleanliness and the rooms are very good.

ผมและภรรยาได้เข้าพักที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้เมื่อเดือนที่แล้วและเป็นโรงแรมที่แย่ที่สุดที่เราเคยพักมาโดยสิ้นเชิง ผมยังตกใจว่านี่คือแบรนด์แมริออทในช่วงเวลาที่เราอาศัยอยู่ ฉันจองห้องจากุซซี่สวีท เพื่อหวังว่าภรรยาที่ทํางานหนักของฉัน จะได้เวลาออกไปและวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ที่ได้รับการเอาใจใส่ เมื่อเราไปถึงห้องพักเป็นห้องที่สะอาดปานกลางเราเริ่มทําสุขาภิบาลของเราเองซึ่งก็เป็นปกติในช่วงเวลาที่เราอยู่แต่เราตระหนักได้อย่างรวดเร็วว่าการทําความสะอาดที่เราทําไม่เพียงพอ ไปร้านแล้วซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ทําความสะอาดมาทําเอง พยายามอย่างหนักไม่ให้โทรหาแผนกต้อนรับให้มีคนเข้ามาทําความสะอาดห้องแต่ที่ตกใจคือตอนที่เราเปิดน้ําแล้วเริ่มเติมอ่าง, เราจึงเริ่มเห็นสิ่งดําเหล่านี้ลอยอยู่ในอ่างซึ่งสามารถเห็นได้ในรูปประกอบ จากนั้นก็โทรมาถามว่าจะทําอะไร เขาก็เสนอส่วนลดบ้าง และเปลี่ยนห้องให้ แต่เค้าไม่มีห้องจากุซซี่อีก เราตัดสินใจไปกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงนั้น เราเปลี่ยนห้องแล้ววิ่งออกไปหาอะไรกิน พอกลับมาเราก็เดินตรวจความสะอาด รูปอื่นนอกจากอ่างก็มาจากห้องใหม่ที่เราได้ ขนหนูก็หายไปหมด!! เจอหมวกใต้โต๊ะ เส้นผมบนผ้าปู ผ้าเช็ดตัว เราตกใจทั้งหมดที่มีปัญหากับห้องแรกคุณคิดว่าเค้าจะแน่ใจว่าห้องข้างๆ สภาพดีมาก แต่เราตัดสินใจไปซื้อผ้าปูที่นอนของเราเองและ ผ้าห่มและคลุมทุกอย่างแล้วโยนออกไปในเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น พวกเขาก็ให้ห้องเราโดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายหลังจากปัญหาทั้งหมดที่เรามีปัญหาแต่ผมรู้สึกบังคับให้ใครคิดที่จะจองโรงแรมนี้ไป BEWARE! เราจะไม่ยอมกลับมาโรงแรมนี้อีกเลย!!! เพื่อนภรรยาแวะมาด้วย ไม่กี่ชั่วโมง พอกลับรถและเริ่มรถดังมากๆ มาหาเมื่อเธอเริ่มขับรถเธอสามารถได้รับรถของเธอมากกว่า 1 เธอนํามันให้กับตัวแทนในวันถัดไปและพบว่ามีคนพยายามที่จะเหล็กหล่อแปลงสารเคมีของเธอในขณะที่เธอถูกจอดที่โรงแรม เราอายมากที่มันเกิดขึ้นกับเธอ ตอนที่เธอมาเยี่ยม สุดสัปดาห์ของฉัน เอาใจภรรยาของฉันเป็นหายนะ ้ข้อความของผมกับผู้บริหารคือมันยังคงมีโควิดและควรมีความพยายามเพิ่มเติมในการทําความสะอาดและทําความสะอาดห้องพักและไม่ควรมีข้อยกเว้นใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น มันเป็นความเสียดาย!!!!

I had the best experience in this hotel, with Varun upon check in at the Welcome Desk, James when we went to have breakfast (he is the nicest guy ever), Nav upon check out at the Welcome Desk and the Housekeeping gentleman that was vacuum the reception area in the morning (I didn’t catch his name but he was really nice). The whole staff made our stay the best. The room is amazing as well, we had so much fun for only one night stay but we are definitely coming back!!

I booked this Hilton garden inn west for my fiancee's birthday to make his day special but my misfortune. The pictures didn't match what I booked maybe I expected so much. Way too many drawbacks over great location nice layouts and walkability to stores restaurants and parks. -: The bedroom had two sections of blinds from which only one is working so there is less privacy. -: the refrigerator empowering seafood and roasted garlic smell almost got in my every food that I bring with me. -: Used and damp towels, quilts and red-stained bedsheets and carpet were the cherries on the cake to my disappointment. -: The TV was too slow to watch anything on. The water pressure in the shower ******. Even if you advertise no hidden cost and still you want 300$ security deposit for just towels and a coffee machine in the room even if you didn’t provide bathrobes and bath slippers. Bad customer service, too. I have to run downstairs for everything. It sucks, because we always stay at Hilton hotels,except paying a high price for “Hilton” brand this time. Not a bad stay overall but probably wouldn't come back and don’t recommend anyone for about 200$ per night. Kind of ripping off someone's experience. Subham Poonia Booking is- 5841033.
