Minha estadia neste hotel foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Desde o momento da chegada, fui recebida com um atendimento cordial e gentil, um agradecimento especial a Recepcionista Arlen, que deixou tudo ainda mais especial . O quarto é impecavelmente limpo e confortáveil, proporcionando um ambiente perfeito para relaxar. Além disso, as instalações do hotel são incríveis, especialmente a suíte que tem uma Jacuzzi com vista pro mar. A localização também é excelente, tornando a experiência ainda mais conveniente e agradável.

Um hotel urbano com jeito de casa de praia. Assim é o Hotel Senac Ilha do Boi. Embora não esteja na Praia do Canto, o hotel está a uma breve caminhada dos bares e restaurantes que agitam vitória. Isso sem perder a sensação de estar em uma casa de praia, pois inserido em local rodeado de mata atlântica e com vista para o mar. Achei a opção ótima. Pessoal muito bem treinado, quarto confortável, banheiro ótimo, vista para o mar, piscina, café da manhã farto, quadra de tênis, restaurante bom. Recomendo a estadia para quem está a turismo em vitória e com carro.

O quarto estava capenga. Não tinha toalheiro de mão e tive que pendurar na cadeira. A saboneteira estava caindo e a água vazava do box. Péssima acústica. Dava pra ouvir os hospedes vizinhos. A vedação da janela do quarto era muito ruim (quarto 1209A). Passava vento e barulho da avenida. Ar condicionado super barulhento. Internet, cama e amenidades, ok. O bom do Hotel é o Clube. Os preços lá são mais acessíveis. Café da manhã tinha boa variedade. Mas só pra 1 vez pois ele repete todas as manhãs. Falta novidade a cada dia. Estacionamento ao lado e no subsolo, mas demoram pra abrir o portão. No geral, regular e não está no nível de outros Slavieiros.

Below average stay at this property. While the hotel had a kind staff and a good location across from the beach, this property leaves a lot to be desired for. This was my third time (and last) at this property and here are the reasons for the below average rating. We checked in to a room that the A/C was defective and the TV would not turn on with the remote control. After calling downstairs for assistance, no one came. On my way out to dinner, I reminded the front desk of the issues. Upon return from dinner around 11pm, we were told that we would need to change rooms. No help whatsoever from the hotel staff in transferring our belongings from one floor to another. I find it absurd that the front desk would not know about the room issues before checking us in. Once in the new room, the TV had the same issue and the door handle to the bathroom was lose until it finally fell. Housekeeping was incapable of notifying staff of the problem the next day and upon return to the room from lunch, the handle was laying on top of the TV. I tried notifying the front desk before leaving for lunch but it had one person attending guests and I had to leave for my commitment. I finally was able to get assistance at 7pm on my third night. Again, I find it absurd that the door handle issue wasn’t fixed beforehand. The restaurant seems to be handled to an outside vendor. Service for dinner was slow and not up to par. Food was average and replaced slowly during breakfast. Overall, not a great experience at this property and will not be staying there anymore. I have communicated all the issues to the manger on duty and hope they will be able to serve their future guests in a better manner than the service I received.
