The staff are very attentive and approachable, making the stay as relaxing and welcoming as possible. They even texted to alert myself the tyres on my car was flat. Their attention to detail and care is beyond anything a typical hotel staff member would provide. The retreat was a very worth while stay for a short staycay. A two hour drive from Eastern Suburbs and we felt like we were in Japan itself. The food was also delicious. The room layout is very well through out, plenty of power points in convenient locations. We were very impressed! Definitely recommend for friends to visit for a place to unwind and get away from it all. There is wifi but it isn't the strongest connection and that is probably for the best. We had an unplugged staycay.

We were a group of 16 ladies from Perth.I cannot thank Gill enough for providing us with an awesome stay .The rooms are spacious,spotlessly clean very comfortable beds ,microwave cutlery,crockery, tea and coffee,warm heaters and electric blankets and plenty of towels.are provided. We were able to use the conference room each day for exercises and meditation and massages all with the help of Gill setting it up for us. The price of our stay was excellent value .I have stayed here before and will return. The bathhouse is a very short stroll through the bush.Restaurants and the General store in Hepburn all within walking distance from the the motor inn .

Went for mini conference to this delightful spa area. Been to this place decades ago and g]=has no had $millions spent on renovations - good job! Rooms were warm and comfortable with nice en-suite bathrooms. Meeting room was best I've seen in years , with excellent facilities and beautiful views. Great location, backing on to the Springs reserve. A special surprise for me was the great food. Well done Lancemore (operators).

This was the best decision on our 10-days trip and the best accommodation out of 4! This intimate hotel oozes charm from the moment you step inside. The décor is beautifully curated, with thoughtful touches that create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It's clear the owners take immense pride in their establishment, and their passion shines through in every detail. One of the highlights of my stay was the sleep quality. We badly needed a good night's rest after days of driving and some dismal bedding in the earlier accommodations! Their incredibly comfortable bedding and peaceful surroundings ensured a restful night's sleep. Waking up refreshed, we were greeted by a breakfast that surpassed most local restaurant standards. It was evident that the food was homemade, bursting with flavor and prepared with love. The personalized service truly elevated our overall stay experience. The owners went above and beyond to cater to our needs, offering recommendations and arranging thoughtful amenities. Their genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests. An added bonus was the stunning mineral spring reserve located just opposite the hotel. We enjoyed a rejuvenating hike through the reserve, taking in the natural beauty and just soaking in the cool weather! Overall, The Dudley Boutique provided an exceptional escape. It's the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personalized service. We can't wait to return and experience their magic again!

Hepburn at Hepburn was absolutely delightful. My partner and I went down there to reset for some relaxation & recovery. We wanted to get away from the city, work stress & technology. And this was the perfect place for that. I rang ahead of time to confirm my booking & spoke with Michelle, who was the loveliest person with helpful resturant recommendations & sites to see. Even accommodated for an early arrival. I couldn't have asked for better service & it didn't stop there. Upon check out, i had forgotten something in the room & was promptly informed by the gentleman in reception, who was a delight to talk too. The room was spacious, clean and immaculately presented. The fireplace was on & the room toasty on the rainy day we arrived. The spa was amazing. So relaxing and serene. There is so much thought put into the design of the room. It was decadent & splendid. Excalty what we were looking for. The bed was comfy, the robes were lush, there were able supplies and amenities for an enjoyable stay & a cute little town to explore. We will definitely return. Highly recommend. It won't disappoint. Thanks for a truly wonderful stay. ❤️ See you again.
