อยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟมากเพื่อขึ้นแท็กซี่ นอกจากนี้ยังมีรถประจำทางและมีป้ายรถประจำทางที่หน้าประตู ห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยและพื้นที่ก็โอเค ข้างๆมีซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต มีร้านอาหารจีน 3-5 นาที รสชาติดีมาก

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in - comfortable beds, extremely clean room with everything you could possibly want - a safe, tea and coffee, a fridge, a place to put the suitcases, plenty of wardrobe space, a desk, water and fruit, immaculate WC and seperate bathroom, even a shoe horn. We also had a picturesque balcony. The staff were friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. The location was great, direct bus links to the centre and also to the airport. Luggage lockers are also avaislble to enable you to leave cases. There's a lift and wider doors provide good accessibility. The hotel is newly decorated and offer a clean, modern, comfortable respite - highly recommended. Across the road is a very nice bakery and to the right of the florist shop opposite the hotel is a footpath over a little brook to an authentic Austrian restaurant where the traditional food and beers served are outstanding and very reasonable. This hotel is perfectly located to enjoy this and many other Maxglan eateries. The hotel also has scenic views of the mountains.

The hotel was well situated with frequent busses and trams to centre of Salzburg. Staff helpful and friendly. Room not large but big enough and clean . Bed comfortable and large. Loved the tv screen saver very relaxing. Continental breakfast wasn’t expensive and had a good variety

โรงแรมนี้สามารถพูดได้ว่าดีที่สุดในซาลซ์บูร์ก และทําเลที่ตั้งก็โอเค แม้ว่าจะเป็นสมาชิกของ Leading Hotel แต่ก็ไม่ใช่แบรนด์เครือโรงแรมขนาดใหญ่ เป็นที่ทราบกันดีว่าแบรนด์ที่มีความรู้สึกทางประวัติศาสตร์แห่งนี้มีเพียงหนึ่งในเวียนนาและซาลซ์เบิร์ก แต่ร้านกาแฟที่เปิดเอง... กาแฟนมถั่วเหลืองแต่ค่อนข้างดี ทานคู่กับนมถั่วเหลือง... รสชาติเหมือนกาแฟโมคก้าที่มีกลิ่นช็อกโกแลต ประทับใจมาก ประตูโรงแรม เจ้าหน้าที่อํานวยความสะดวก และแผนกต้อนรับมีความเอาใจใส่และสุภาพ สิ่งที่น่ายกย่องที่สุด... และโรงแรมยุโรปหลายแห่งไม่สามารถทําได้คือบริการค่อนข้างเป็นมิตรกับผู้ใช้ จริงๆแล้วฉันต้องการชื่นชมมันเป็นเพียงบริการ เพราะสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างจะค่อนข้างล้าหลังโรงแรมแบรนด์หรูในประเทศเอเชียมาก โดยเฉพาะผ้าที่ใช้ผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้านวมอาจกล่าวได้ว่าค่อนข้างหยาบซึ่งเทียบไม่ได้กับแบรนด์ต่างประเทศเช่น Four Seasons, Wenhua ขอโทษค่ะ ถ้าจะเลือกผิดจริงๆ... แค่นี้แหละ บอกตามตรงว่าราคาไม่ถูกเลย นอนทั้งคืน... ถ้าผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้านวมที่นุ่มสบายไม่เข้ากัน... คงเป็นอะไรที่ไม่สบายจริงๆ ผลิตภัณฑ์ของอาหารค่ําในร้านอาหารยังคงมีคุณสมบัติ แต่ที่แปลกคือ... กาแฟแก้วนั้นแตกต่างจากของร้านกาแฟมาก ฉันไม่คิดว่านี่เป็นข้อยกเว้นโดยบังเอิญ ในส่วนของการผลิตอาหารเช้า... ธรรมดา ไม่มีอะไรจะกล่าวถึงเลย

I booked this hotel online after lot of research and went by the brand of ”Best Western”, whose properties I have stayed around the world in the past. However, I would say the experience was much below expectations. Pros 1. Very close to Salzburg train station. It is about 2kms from the station 2. Bus stops are right opposite of hotel so ease of public transport 3. Walking distance to Mirabell Palace and Mozartplatz (main tourist attractions) 4. Several Indian restaurants within walking distance from hotel. 5. I was given a large room so it was good from family point of view 6. Room, bathroom was clean, nice bed, clean bed linen and towels etc 7. Staff at FD was efficient and solved most of our issues quickly. Cons 1. When we checked into room, we noticed that not even electric kettle, tea, coffee was provided in the room. It was provided only after brought into the notice of the front desk. 2. Intercom in the room was not working, so every time you have to go to the FD to inform 3. The room has a very small window at shoulder level, which was quite odd. 4. Salzberg was quite warm during our stay and AC was not working in the room. 5. Breakfast spread was small considering this was a 4 star hotel. 6. The bathroom has peculiar design & it was quite awkward for our Indian sensibilities, that shower enclosure was in glass open to view from all sides from the room. Such arrangement is not suitable if you have older children staying in the same room. We had our 10y old with us and we had to finish our shower before she would wake up. I would rather avoid this hotel in future!!

ยุโรปหลายประเทศที่เดินทางมาพักในโรงแรมค่อนข้างน่าพอใจ ถนนเป็นปราสาทเล็กๆ ที่จอดรถดีมาก มีที่จอดรถขนาดเล็ก เข้ามาแล้วจะมีพนักงานต้อนรับเราอย่างดีและให้เรานั่งในบาร์ซึ่งมีเครื่องดื่มต้อนรับฟรี ทางโรงแรมมีน้ําพุที่สวยงามมาก รู้สึกถึงความสูง ทั้งหมดควรมีมากกว่า 20 ห้อง และห้องทั้งหมดเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยและอบอุ่น มีจานต้อนรับและจดหมายต้อนรับของเราในห้อง คุ้มค่าที่จะบอกว่าร้านอาหารในโรงแรมเป็นอาหารระดับดาวและอาหารอร่อยมากนอกจากอาหารที่สั่งมา อาหารเช้าก็ค่อนข้างหลากหลาย (อาหารเช้าแบบยุโรปทั่วไปค่อนข้างเรียบง่าย) แม้แต่ตับห่าน ฯลฯ โดยรวมแล้วบริการอบอุ่นมากในวันหยุดในต่างประเทศ

เข้าพัก 3 คืน กลางเดือน พ.ค. ที่พักน่ารัก - ใหม่ และตกแต่งดี พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก สุภาพ และมืออาชีพ ห้องพักและพื้นที่ส่วนกลางสะอาดจริงๆ อาหารเช้าและบาร์ที่ชั้นบนสุด ยอดเยี่ยม ก็คงให้ 5 ดาว แต่ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือทําเล - อยู่ไกลจากใจกลางเมืองนิดหน่อยแม้จะเดินทางสะดวกผ่านป้ายรถเมล์ใกล้ๆ
