ราคาไม่แพง มีหาดส่วนตัว ติดเขตอุตสาหกรรม ไม่มีร้านอาหารสไตล์จีนที่เหมาะสมในบริเวณใกล้เคียง อาหารเช้าอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและมีรสชาติแบบอาหรับ ชายหาดทะเลนั้นยอดเยี่ยม

The place is very new, rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and pool is very nice. Restaurant is good and the food choices are many.

what a disappointment for Hilton chain - coming for 2nd time with high expectation. But it was poor from the start at reception , room, service and breakfast. Poor services, even told at reception that the room was not clean and missed basics like towel, etc. Worst is if you inform the management and nothing happens. Thanks

The hotel is packed with tourist… the front desk initially give me a double bed even my booking says king bed with sofa. When we are already relaxing in our room after a long drive, someone from maintenance came and fix the design at the top of the headboard. They should be doing this before the guest checked in. Such an inconvenience! When I reported this to the front desk, they said they will check but never came back to me. The next day, I was asking for the help of the lifeguard to open the umbrella but he refused and told me to ask the help of other staff even though the umbrella is just behind him! We stayed to a lot of hotels and this is the first time I’m experiencing this poor service! The only good thing in this hotel is the breakfast and the houskeeping. They are well trained and nicer compared to other departments.

1. Выходя из номера на море в 8 утра включаю кнопку ” убраться” . В 18 часов ( закат) на пляже свистят чтоб все вышли из море и уходили с пляжа. Прихожу в номер в 18.05 - только входят чтоб убрать номер. Стоишь мокрая в коридоре под кондёрами и ждешь когда убирутся. Для кого горел зеленым ” сделать уборку” 10 часов не ясно. Самая бесполезная вещь в этом отеле кнопка ” уборка”. Отсутствие организации процесса (времени) уборки. 2. Несколько раз срабатывала среди ночи пожарная сигнализация. 3. Очень плохие полотенца и в номере и на пляж: старые, плохо постиранные, с какими то выделениями, пятнами, сероватые. 4. На номер дали за 2 недели три раза мыло 20 грамм ( с монету). 5. В день дают две бутылки воды по 500 гр. На номер. В 40 ° жару. Обычно в эмиратах везде ставили по четыре. Можно попросить и дадут, но это надо искать. 6. Розетка для зарядки телефона у столика далеко от кровати. 7. Очень плохой вай фай. Хорошо ловит только утром до 7 утра пока все спят. Потом весь день до позднего вечера почти не ловит. Но в лобби есть два компьютера если надо зарегестрироваться на рейс. 8. Пляж при отеле. 9. Процентов 90 отдыхают: русские, казахи и белорусы. 10. Море прекрасное. Были в середине октября море + 29. Очень много с маленькими детьми. 11. Шампунь, кондер и гель доливают , но если попросить. Качество хорошее. 12. Приятное постельное бельё. 13. Тапки надо просить. Халата и фена не было. 14. Сильная межкомнатная слышимость. 15. В душе всегда вода на полу после душа от неправильного проектирования. 16. Часто сам выключался кондер на некоторое время, после сам включался 🤷♂️.

I had a good stay . The hotel is clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The outdoor pool was great, especially with it being right on the beach—perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was a bit small, though. Breakfast was decent, but I wish they had more vegetarian options. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you’re on a budget and want to be by the beach.

The facility overall is good, and we truly appreciated having access to both Al Hamra Village Hotel and Residences, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy three swimming pools and the beach. We also really enjoyed the nighttime activities at The Frisky Fox bar and restaurant, as they were very entertaining. However, the service was quite poor due to the following: 1. My special request, which I added to my booking, was completely ignored. When I asked the reception, they said they had not been informed. 2. The waiting time at the reception for check-in and check-out was very long. 3. A simple request for a one-hour late checkout was not considered. 4. The food quality was very poor—well below three-star standards—and the staff were very slow in refilling buffet items. There were not enough plates for all guests, and we had to wait a long time to get clean ones. 5. The room was clean overall but extremely small, with the TV positioned awkwardly. We kept bumping our heads into it whenever we tried to reach the wardrobe. Additionally, the AC was very noisy, and the water pressure was very low most of the time. 6. The internet connection was very slow across all facilities.

В этот отель приезжаю с 2017 года последний раз был в 22 году . За это время владельцем стал Хилтон, и всё изменилось не в лучшую сторону . Раньше это был Лакшри , роскошь , отсутствие посторонних, высочайший сервис, теперь это рваные лежаки , затёртые полотенца , плюс стройка с двух сторон , причём иногда в море зайти нельзя , грязное. В общем я конечно обескуражен. Персонал конечно хороший , стараются во всю , в остальном …. От былого Вальдорфа осталось только воспоминание, был там последний раз , а жаль ….

ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดคือกลิ่นน้ำเสียในห้อง มันทนไม่ได้ เมื่อคืนฉันต้องใช้น้ำมันจริงๆ เลยต้องลองแต่ไม่ได้กลิ่น ระดับเสียงจากงานปาร์ตี้เมื่อคืนก่อนไม่สนุก ตัวห้องนั้นกว้างขวางและธรรมดามาก มันค่อนข้างสะอาดและฉันก็ชื่นชม กลิ่นอีกครั้งทนไม่ได้ กลิ่นดูเหมือนจะฟุ้งไปทั่วทั้งโรงแรม อาหารเช้าธรรมดามาก กลิ่นของอาหารทอดในนั้นค่อนข้างน่ารังเกียจและติดอยู่กับคุณ ฉันหลีกเลี่ยงอาหารเช้าในช่วง 2 เช้าที่ผ่านมาเพราะมันไม่คุ้ม ขอโทษ! ชายหาดและบริเวณสระว่ายน้ำก็ดี และอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีเยี่ยมใกล้กับสิ่งต่างๆ มากมาย
