Great stay, staff lovely. Felt at ease with Si and Steph. Very friendly upon checking and and explained breakfast situation well. Hotel was a great location and very safe - also felt the staffs local knowledge was fanatic and advices were great. Will be back

Absolutely perfect in every way. Nothing is too much trouble, self checkin was very simple and my accommodation is spotless. Lots of extra touch’s like the coffee, tea, sweets and biscuits. Everything has been thought of. This is definitely my new favourite hotel in Preston.

The service and staff are in good quality and friendly. However, for amenities, it should be much better if there is a wardrobe with hangers to hang more clothes. Plus, if the included breakfast have hash brown and less salty, that would be good. Appreciated that the refill and the moma porridge is fast and good. Will recommend people to stay with it while travelling nearby Preston

We stayed for one night at this hotel and we were recommended by a work colleague. The hotel is set in lovely grounds and although it is a bit old fashioned it was clean everywhere and the staff were welcoming … we stayed in room 15 and we were warm and comfortable.. a bit too warm maybe and we were unable to open the window to cool the room. The breakfast was very good … it was all fresh and served hot. The only negative was a strong smell of sewage in our room which was quite overpowering and seemed to emanate from the bathroom… if we had been staying for longer than one night we would have asked to move rooms but as it was just the one night we didn’t bother. We mentioned it when we gave back the room key and we notice a few other reviews also mention the foul smell so I think the hotel must be aware of the problem

We stayed for our Ruby Anniversary. Staff are amazing. Friendly, attentive and professional. Our Garden room was excellent. Spacious, comfortable and with everything you would need. Shame we couldn’t enjoy our garden and also terrace as weather changeable. The Hotel is so comfortable - nice places to sit in the lounge for drinks and beautiful restaurant. Staff so friendly. The food is outstanding. 5 course Gourmet menu was fabulous. Thank you Lisa & team. So tasty and beautifully presented. Some dishes too pretty to eat. Breakfast and lunch too were delicious. Our anniversary was faultless and we hope to return very soon.
