The hotel room had scuffs all over the walls, the headboard of the bed was literally falling apart and we woke up to roaches in the sink. The guy working the front desk informed me it was common around that area. He called his manager who offered me $100 credit. Even though we paid $364.77 for one night we took the credit. Fast forward to today. I get on to see that I was never given a credit. I was charged $364.77 for my room, $100 for the pre auth hold for room incidentals. The $100 for the room incidentals was reversed. But I never got a credit for the room. My receipt shows $264.77 after the $100 “credit” was given but it isn’t actually showing in my account. I called the hotel and the manager interrupted me everytime I started to speak, so when I asked if she was going to let me speak or keep interrupting me she said are you going to keep being rude or do I need to hang up. Mind you I was not rude the entire call, I simply could not talk without her trying to interrupt and talk over me. Looks terrible on them to have someone like that as a “manager”. The hotel was a dump. While I could see they had updated the lobby the rest of what we saw was not. Broken and dirty. Crazy they can charge almost $370 for that crap hole
