โรงแรม Litang แห่งนี้ดีมาก มีสไตล์จีน เงียบสงบและหรูหรามาก ขนาดห้องพัก สุขอนามัย การบริการ และสภาพแวดล้อมล้วนมีระดับเฟิร์สคลาส นอกจากนี้ยังมีบริการพ่อบ้าน Xiao Wu เป็นคนจริงจังและมีความรับผิดชอบสูง การบริการมีน้ำใจ เหมาะมากสำหรับการมาพักสักสองสามวันในช่วงเวลาว่างและเพลิดเพลินไปกับความเงียบสงบนอกเมือง บ่อน้ำพุร้อนในห้องเป็นพื้นที่ส่วนตัว สะดวกสบายมาก แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง!

มันเป็นประสบการณ์การเข้าพักที่ยอดเยี่ยม โดยพื้นฐานแล้วพ่อบ้านอัลเลนจะโทรติดต่อตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงและตอบกลับคำขอของเราโดยเฉพาะด้วยว่ามีธูปหอมผ่อนคลายและมีกลิ่นหอมมาก พนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมสวยงามอย่างคาดไม่ถึงในสภาพอากาศเช่นนี้ ด้วยภูเขาที่มีต้นไม้และใบไม้หลากสีสัน แช่บ่อน้ำพุร้อนตอนอากาศหนาวจะสนุกกว่า แถมยังมีกลิ่นหอมของดอกไม้ฤดูหนาวในตอนกลางคืนอีกด้วย~

โรงแรมที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ สระว่ายน้ำร้อนในห้องที่สมบูรณ์แบบ บริการดีเยี่ยม นอกจากนี้ยังมีสภาพแวดล้อมที่สวยงาม เช่น ภูเขา Jinyun

มีเปลือกเมล็ดแตงโมอยู่ใต้โซฟาและมีใยแมงมุมติดกับกระจก (ไม่มาก) เตียงมีขนาดเล็กมาก (1.1 เมตร) เครื่องนอนไม่สบายพอและผ้าห่มมีเสียงกรอบแกรบ บริการและราคาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แอร์เสียงดังมากเหมือนเปิดเครื่องดูดควันชั้น1 ต้นไม้ในสวนรกและเต็มไปด้วยวัชพืช ไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ไม่แนะนำให้จองห้องพักประเภทนี้เป็นอย่างยิ่ง

การเข้าพักที่ Banyan Tree ของเราเกินความคาดหมาย มีกิจกรรมต่างๆ ให้เลือกหลากหลาย มีบ่อน้ำพุร้อนส่วนตัวและบ่อน้ำพุร้อนสาธารณะมากมายซึ่งมีประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพที่แตกต่างกัน ห้องพักของเราตั้งอยู่ท่ามกลางภูเขาอย่างสวยงาม มีวิวทิวทัศน์อันสวยงามของต้นไม้เขียวขจี เจ้าของที่พักชื่อโคลเวอร์เอาใจใส่และดูแลเราเป็นอย่างดี เราจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน

We arrived at the hotel and received a wonderfully warm welcome from Mr. Allen Fung. He even added me on WeChat for easy communication, which was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, when I entered the room, the light tube flickered in an unsettling way. Mr. Fung immediately sought out a technician to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to fix it. In a gesture of genuine concern, he upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. What stood out to me even more was how Mr. Fung personally helped us move our luggage to the new room. He consistently checked in on us throughout our stay until we checked out, making sure we were comfortable. This level of attentiveness and care made our experience memorable, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel services I've encountered during my travels. Thank you, Mr. Fung, for your exceptional hospitality!

Our room here was amazing, with a very soft bed. The hot spring on the balcony was huge and very relaxing. We enjoyed the cocktails from the cafe. All the staff were very friendly, despite the language barrier. Leo was very helpful in giving us lots of information and organising a late checkout for us.

Nice and tranquil but quite far from everything if you like a private retreat.

Elaine wu’s service is amazing! We are impressed with her detailed guidance, helpfulness and useful suggestions. We love the resort environment, buffet spread and the Chinese orchestra music being played. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Fantastic stay outside the bustle of urban Chongqing. Very comfortable rooms with private hot springs, I’d also recommend trying out the bathroom’s steam room. Got upgraded to a villa which further amplified all the perks of staying at a resort like this, great privacy while still being within a few mins of the lobby. Clover was a great point of contact during my stay, helping me book and pay for stuff at the hotel, Eric also took the time to help me book a Didi ride. As a foreigner visiting Chongqing I was glad to have their help. Very beautiful hotel grounds, and within 30 minutes of the aesthetic downtown Beibei district of Chongqing. About an hour’s taxi ride to the city center and Chongqing West station. Would recommend for any first time visitors to Chongqing!

The villa is spacious and clean. Most of the staffs couldn't speak English but they tried their best to communicate with us to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Overall service are great. The facilities especially hotspring were wonderful.

The hotel has beautiful environment and excellent service, especially at the front Desk Eric who help me to upgrade my room and Chief butler Clover, who always answers my questions and helps me deal with a lot of things. We stayed at this hotel for just one night and checked in quickly with a woman named Clover, she was very helpful and kind and got us to our room quickly. The villa we stayed in was an amazing experience. It has all the things you would need like a hot spa pool, very large bed which was very comfortable. There was also two tvs and plenty of room in the villa. It was very clean and we were served dinner and breakfast and the quality of the food was great. While in the hotel, we only managed to go to the archery range but there are plenty of activities to do for most people. Overall it was a fantastic experience and it was a perfect way to spend with romantic night with my partner. Highly recommend to anyone!
