1. Service was not pleasant - we’re a group of three so we requested for three key cards but the receptionist was very hesitant to provide the third one. Had to approach them thrice before they finally gave us the third one and said that there will be a charge of RMB25 if we lost it (we didn’t). 2. Cleanliness - as you can see from other reviews, the smell of the corridors was really unpleasant because there’s a hotpot restaurant on the same floor. Everyday smells like oil and food. Sometimes the smell lingers in the room too. As for the cleanliness of the room itself, we asked for make up room everyday but it wasn’t really made up properly (see attached pics of the bed when we returned). The toilet also got clogged and it was flooded, I had to put on gloves to unclog the drain myself… 3. Amenities were decent, take note there is no conditioner provided so bring your own 4. Location was great, right next to the food street. Overall for the price we paid, I think you can find a better stay in the same location.
