Great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Chester. Service was good, and the spa & pool session was relaxing and well worth it. Would definitely return!

Welcoming staff, comfortable bed and spacious room, excellent leisure and spa facilities including a relaxation suite which was true to its word, plus a jacuzzi cave, like something from Alice in Wonderland, topped with the hottest steam room ive been in for years. Pool long but jot that wide for serious swimmers.

Service, cleanliness and location of this hotel made it a lovely spot for a quiet getaway. Service at breakfast was particularly brilliant and check out at 12pm was a lovely bonus. Just wish there was some access to the pool included at £20 for 2hrs each person felt particularly steep.

Great hotel for visitng chester. Loads of room. Really comfy superking bed. Nice food. Nothing really not to like. Got a cookie at reception..... hit the spot

Hotel was immaculate and aesthetically pleasing. It wasn’t too far away from the city centre either which meant Ubers/ taxis weren’t too expensive. Would definitely stay here again 👍🏼

This hotel is a joke …. Every staff works there does not look like they like their job 😂 zero customer services!! House keeping are poor, dirty room , dirty towels , dirty carpet … no bottles of water was provided as well. Everyday they literally just come in change a bin bag , replace 6 towels and do the bedding. I don’t know how you manage to get a four star hotel rating . Whoever manage this hotel , how do you get this job?

Anniversary away break. Location on edge of Chester close to motorway. Nice grounds, busy carpark and popular venue for parties and business guests. Carpet on second floor dirty and smells. Sink kept blocking because plug holes full of scum. Toilet seat incorrect size and not secured properly. Bed comfortable, nice towels tea and instant coffee and bottles of water in room. Breakfast nice selection BUT no fresh decaffeinated coffee only instant granules yuk!!! Nothing worse than awful coffee!!! With so many decent decaffeinated options available and customers not drinking caffeine this is totally unacceptable.

Double tree by Hilton is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at by far! The staff were so lovely upon arrival and anything we needed they was happy to help :). The spa was out of this world and the room was so spacious and clean. We will definitely be back ❤️🩹
