Friendly & Helpful Staff. Good Service. Clean Rooms.

Our first hotel stay in India. Five frequent travellers, based in Perth Australia. We took three rooms. Disorganised check in despite being pre booked and having our Indian friend handling the dialogue. We checked in about 1am and it took a very long time. A smile and a bit of hospitality would've been appreciated. Hallways and rooms grubby, tired. Pillows, linen and towels need to be replaced, very old. They were however relatively clean, as was the room. Our corner room had good natural light, with two big windows. Very miserable with tea and coffee. Creamer. Water bottle x one each supplied. Excellent buffet breakfast.

It was a pleasant hotel for its price. Value for money . Will definitely recommend.

the service is extremely bad. No response from staff. Even they didn't gave the key for the room when we stepped in. The house keeping people used to open the key when we want. the food is not great. The rating given to this hotel is not as per standards. Try to avoid this hotel. They charged $150 for 2 nights and its not worthy.

Hello to all readers and to all staff @ Trip. I stayed here for 3 nights ***** with my younger brother and my Dad. The hotel room reservation was done on the phone. Word of mouth. A promise of sort. Big thanks to Mr Kumaran Jee. I was promised, for sure. This was a good gesture that I still appreciate. No pre-payment or Credit card guarantee . Room 105 for me, Room 102 for my bro, another room for my dad across the first floor. Check in was easy and smooth for all of us. The fact we arrived at different times in the morning. My room had most amenities-- mini fridge to store my water , safety locker, coffee/tea kettle, laundry etc. If you wish / want to stay here , please be prepared to deal with plenty of noise inside your room. Traffic, wednesday PM DJ at the bar and more traffic. The windows are sealed but not sound proof. You will hear the noise reverberating from the bar and traffic honking. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is ok. Adequate I must say for me. Not delicious but good for 6 hrs till lunch time. I didn't eat lunch or dinner here, except the day I checked in. The evening supper was bland and the AC in the restro was artic weather. I had curd rice with a spiced lentil broth. My dad had a salted onion crepe ( dosa) with sambar and chutney. It rained almost every evening after I checked in. The hotel has an onsite bar underground , that functions everyday from 11am to 12 midnight. For reservations , please call Mr Kumaran Jee. The whole atmosphere had a freshness about it. It must be the way it is maintained. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The location is great in T Nagar with all the shopping areas close by at walking distance while the Metro Station too is at walking distance! The food in the restaurant is nice. The staff are extremely good and -competent, courteous and helpful. The limited parking space is the only drawback.

Highly recommend the stay at S Hotels, Chennai. Located in a central location in the shopping district of T Nagar. Very professional and helpful staff. In room dining was excellent with superb tasting food, Hotel staff can improve their response time to requests, but overall a great experience. Keep u; the good work.

Had a great stay

Hôtel confortable, propre, chambre agréable, plutôt calme, bonne literie. Accueil sympathique et professionnel. Petit-déjeuner correct. Emplacement un peu à l’écart du tumulte de la ville, ce qui est un avantage en Inde! Une bonne adresse.
