Below expectations. This is supposed to be great stay as Fourpoints by Sheraton itself is a huge brand.
Staff are not able to properly provide key card accessible to room. Had to request so many times and only able to provide the next morning.
Pillow is tooo soft.
Pool view is not as what was posted on the app bookong.
The food buffet is exceptional at a reasonable price. The rooms are regularly cleaned and well-maintained. Ankit and Samir from the dining area were extremely helpful and provided outstanding service. Recommended for everyone. Had a great stay overall.

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton OMR Chennai was extremely disappointing. The customer support was unresponsive, and the overall service was unacceptable. Despite requesting an upgrade due to the small bed size (which was uncomfortable for a family with a child), the hotel staff refused, claiming they were fully booked. However, the same hotel still showed available rooms on booking platforms like MakeMyTrip and Goibibo. When we pointed this out, they continued to deny us an upgrade with no valid explanation. To make matters worse, the person who claimed to be the manager at the lobby bluntly stated that he was not even willing to help. This kind of attitude and lack of professionalism made our stay frustrating and a complete waste of time. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially for families. Their poor customer service and unwillingness to assist guests make it a terrible choice.

Horrible experience at Four Points by Sheraton. Their claim of being a 4 star hotel is a farce. I have never stayed at a worst Marriott hotel ever (I am a platinum member and have frequently stayed at other Marriott hotels in last 8 years). This stay is a case study in how a hotel stay could go so wrong - broken toilet seat, dirty bathroom and room and torn bed sheet (not for me but by colleague). Coffee machine at breakfast was out of order and so many of the options at the breakfast were unavailable. Please avoid at all cost!

Mahibul Shaikh and Rahidur Mondal Good cleaning,and make bed perfectly and good customer service When i got here in hotel they treat me with great service and make sure I am comfortable,it's a blessing for us to have them as our home keeper and a blessing for u too to have a nice house keeper Their department -House keeping Please give them extra pits

I am currently staying at Four Points by Sheraton, and I must say the housekeeping team is doing an exceptional job in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guest comfort. I would like to specifically appreciate Rahul, whose dedication and attention to detail truly stand out. He consistently goes above and beyond to make the stay pleasant and hassle-free. I would like to extend my gratitude to the housekeeping staff at Four Points Sheraton for their exceptional service. They performed their duties impeccably and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. I had an eye injury and needed towels for warm compression. They not only provided what I asked for but also thoughtfully offered me a handkerchief for convenience. Their attentiveness and anticipation of my needs truly made a difference.
