"i booked 3 nights to enjoy my stay in Can Tho. I informed the hotel that my arrival will be late and hope that they still keep my room. the hotel assured me that my room is secure irrespective of the time of check-in. this gives me a peace of mind as I don't have to rush to check-in. the delay was caused by the flight i took via VietJet. so now i know which is the more reliable airline to travel to Vietnam. such a high percentage of delay. my airport transfer was also affected but i was relieved that the hotel staff greeted me with patience and professionalism. i was happy although i was extremely tired.the room was clean, smoke free and spacious. brightly lit and all the basic necessities i needed are there. on the 2nd day, my request to clean the room was done accordingly and all the required items were refilled but of course some items are chargeable but it is still worth the money spent. i have the most peaceful rest for the three nights and i did a blunder when i left my room key when i went out to collect some stuff at the counter. the reception immediately helped me with the second key and i back to my room in no time. the lift was clean and all corners are brightly lit..so i felt so safe and comfortable. i checked out early on day 3 and notified the reception what i used and paid for it.. i forgotten that i ate some instant noodles and was contacted by the hotel later for the amount to be paid.. such an embarrassing moment. i apologized to the hotel and got help to transfer the amount for the noodles. this is the kind of service which i am looking for in a hotel. i felt happy and definitely will come back next year. on one of the days, a tour of ********* travellers checked in and the reception managed it with so tact and good manners. deserve a praise from me. i could not find any reason to complaint about the hotel but i have a thousand of reasons to compliment the hotel and recommend to all my friends. see you again in 2026."

"การเช็คอินล่าช้าเล็กน้อยเนื่องจากเรามาถึงก่อนเวลา แต่พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้ามีความเป็นมืออาชีพและร่าเริง ห้องพักของเรามีวิวที่สวยงามของแม่น้ำเฮาและสะพานเกิ่นเทอ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในเวลากลางคืน ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมชาร์มองต์ใกล้กับท่าเรือนิงเกียวทำให้การเดินทางไปทัวร์ล่องเรือและถนนคนเดินยามค่ำคืนสะดวกมาก บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าจัดเตรียมไว้อย่างดี และเวลาเปิดทำการ 6 โมงเช้าก็เหมาะกับตารางเวลาของเรา"

"Unreasonable set-meal policy – confirmed by the hotel I am writing this review after directly discussing the issue with the front desk and hotel management, who have clearly confirmed that this is an official hotel policy, not a misunderstanding by staff. I ordered a lunch set priced at 150,000 VND for one person and simply asked whether two people could share one set. The restaurant stated that a set for one person must be consumed by exactly one person, regardless of whether the food is finished, or if the second person is a child. In my view, this is an unreasonable and customer-unfriendly policy. Once I have paid for a set meal and am not requesting any additional portions or services, how the food is consumed should be the customer’s decision, not something to be regulated. While I acknowledge that the hotel has received my feedback and mentioned escalating it to the group level, this policy is currently in effect and directly impacts the dining experience. I am leaving this review so other customers are aware in advance and can make an informed decision before dining here."

"From inside the room can hear everything from outside. The toilets still have the instant noodles from previous client under lavabo. Reception is fast but she doesn't guide us where is the location for breakfast and swimming pool. Overall it's good enough for us but need improvement more."

"ทําเลเงียบสงบที่ยอดเยี่ยมนอกเมือง ซึ่งทําให้เงียบสงบมาก สระว่ายน้ําน่ารักและพนักงานเป็นกันเองมากและยินดีช่วยเหลือเสมอ ค็อกเทลและอาหารแสนอร่อย เราชอบปอเปี๊ยะสดและปอเปี๊ยะทะเลทอดเป็นพิเศษ เราเช่าสกู๊ตเตอร์จากร้านเช่าในเมือง แต่ยังง่ายมากที่จะสั่งแท็กซี่ Grab อย่างรวดเร็วเพื่อพาคุณเข้าไปในเมือง ซึ่งใช้เวลาประมาณ 15 นาที เราโชคดีมากที่ได้อัพเกรดเป็นห้องดีลักซ์เตียงคู่ซึ่งยอดเยี่ยมมาก ในความเป็นจริงเราตัดสินใจขยายเวลาการเข้าพักของเราเป็น 3 คืนแทนที่ 2 แรก สิ่งเดียวคือบริเวณริมสระน้ํา (เก้าอี้อาบแดดและร่มกันแดด) สามารถปรับปรุงใบหน้าได้เนื่องจากค่อนข้างทรุดโทรมและไม่สะท้อนโรงแรม 4-star โดยรวมแล้วเป็นรีสอร์ทที่น่ารักซึ่งคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่าย พร้อมบริการลูกค้าที่ยอดเยี่ยมและบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าที่ยอดเยี่ยม"
