"The owner is very helpful and friendly. All our needs are being met. My friends and I enjoyed our stay especially the view from the balcony every morning. They also offered us a city tour package, which I think was the best for beginners or first timers in Baguio. The only problem is the location. Transportation is a bit of a problem here if you don't want to bring your car or if you don't have one. Limited transportation since Grab/Taxi are also limited in Baguio due to the numbers of tourists, plus if you're a first timer for sure you don't know how to commute to downtown. But all in all, our stay is 8/10. I wished we could stay longer next time. Thank youuu."
"I stayed at Azalea Residences Baguio and unfortunately my experience was disappointing, despite the hotel having a good and convenient location in Baguio.
The first issue happened during check-in. I was initially assigned a room that was not yet ready. I went up only to find that the room was still being prepared. I went back down to the front desk hoping they would immediately give me another available room. Instead, I was told that the room was ready but just needed to be checked by a supervisor. Since it was taking time, I decided to just go out and have lunch. When I came back, they eventually gave me a different room, which honestly could have been done from the start.
When I finally got to the room, the cleanliness was questionable. There was a water bottle left inside the fridge that likely belonged to the previous guest, and there were shoe marks visible on the tiles, which made it feel like the room had not been properly cleaned.
The biggest issue for me was the Wi-Fi. Reliable internet is already a necessity nowadays. While the main connection might be strong, the signal extender or booster in the room appears very weak, causing frequent disconnections. Cellular signal inside the room is also poor, so guests rely heavily on Wi-Fi. Improving the Wi-Fi coverage would greatly improve the stay.
In terms of price, the hotel is around the average range for accommodations in Baguio—not particularly cheap but not luxury either. Considering the issues I experienced, there are many Airbnb options and other hotels in Baguio that may offer better value for the price.
The location is definitely a plus, but overall the stay did not meet expectations."
"We had a great stay in Chalet. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was quaint and charming in it's own way. Room comes with free breakfast and room service is also available for in-room dining. A pleasant stay for it's price point.
We arrived in Baguio via Victory Liner. Chalet is just about two minutes away.
The only downside is that it's not a main highway so taxi can be hard to come by or often with passengers. But Baguio has grab taxi so you can book your ride for convenience. Alternatively, it's pretty easy to commute in Baguio esp if you just want to be dropped off to the town. There are jeepneys that pass by that take you directly or close to Session Road and Burnham Park."
"Solid stay, but front desk service could be more consistent
I’d give this Microtel a thumbs up for cleanliness and convenience. Being walking distance to Victory Liner made our spontaneous trip much easier. The room was tidy, the breakfast was worth it, and the free coffee in the lobby was a lifesaver.
A tip for travelers: Book online! The walk-in rates were significantly higher. Also, while most staff were great, our check-in inquiry felt a bit cold—first impressions matter, regardless of how ”haggard” a traveler might look after a long trip. Lastly, don't expect to stream movies as the TV is basic. Overall a nice stay, but a bit more warmth at the front desk and a tech upgrade would make it 5 stars."
"We stayed at NYC Manhattan Suites from May 11–16, 2026 and overall had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were consistently friendly, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of exploring Baguio. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel since it was away from the busy and crowded areas, making it ideal for guests who want a quiet and relaxing stay. The surroundings also added to the calm and cozy feeling of the place.
We also enjoyed the food and appreciated the services and amenities provided during our stay. The overall environment was pleasant and suitable for families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the city.
Not to mention the cute and handsome staff who had such beautiful smiles that really made me feel kilig every time I saw him 😊 I didn’t even get to ask for his name because I was too shy to ask lol.
Thank you to the management and staff for making our May 11–16 stay enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciate your hospitality and would gladly recommend NYC Manhattan Suites to others and consider staying here again on our future visits to Baguio."
"We had a wonderful 3-days stay at Lee boutique hotel. The atmosphere feels homey and welcoming, making it easy to settle in right away. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with fresh sheets and towels, which added to the comfort.
I especially appreciated that the TV comes with Netflix, perfect for winding down after a day out. Our room also had a AC, a balcony with a lovely view, which made mornings and evenings extra enjoyable.
The staff were consistently kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth really elevated the experience.
The only downside I noticed was that the bathtub can be a bit slippery, so guests should be cautious."
"My stay here is very wonderful and superb. The hosts are very accommodating and very kind. This hotel is highly recommendable specially if you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel. The place is very clean and it’s quiet you can sleep soundly. They provided locker for your belongings and a room for your luggage. I enjoy taking bath with their heater despite of breezy temperature in the location. Also provide free WIFI. Though you better bring your own drinking water although they also provide but it’s inside it’s embarrassing to ask always but i think suggesting to put water dispenser to where occupants can easily access. This place is very secured and they maintain cleanliness kudos to the host. Looking forward to coming back. Btw, this place is very near to everything, Just walking distance to SM, Session Road, Burnham, Night Marker and The Cathedral. Not familiar to the place but they call it Market Baguio"
