"ขั้นตอนการเช็คอินใช้เวลา 1 ชั่วโมง! มีคิวที่ยาวมากและมีเจ้าหน้าที่แผนกต้อนรับถึง 5 คน ระบบมีปัญหาบางอย่างที่ทำให้การเช็คอินใช้เวลานานเกินไป นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่เราพบปัญหานี้ในการเช็คอินที่โรงแรม หวังว่าพวกเขาจะแก้ไขปัญหานี้ได้ทันที เพราะแขกท่านอื่นก็บ่นกันเยอะมากเช่นกัน ห้องพักบางห้องยังไม่พร้อมเพราะพวกเขายังทำความสะอาดอยู่แม้ว่าจะถึงเวลาเช็คอินแล้วก็ตาม การเช็คเอาท์ใช้เวลา 30 นาทีเช่นกัน ในเวลานั้นมีเจ้าหน้าที่แผนกต้อนรับเพียง 3 คน สำหรับอาหารเช้า พวกเขาเสิร์ฟข้าว ลองกานิซา ไส้กรอก ไข่ แพนเค้ก สลัด และขนมปัง หวังว่าพวกเขาจะปรับปรุงได้เช่นกัน สระว่ายน้ำและชายหาดดีมาก"

"The beach was nice - the sand was smooth and not rocky, the waves are a bit chill. Hence, kid-friendly. Facilities and amenities are nice tho a bit old aready. Since the pool was big, we were able to swim in the pool even though it’s peak season and many people. Morning jog at the lagoon was good as well. We also played billiards and bowling. It’s just sad that the kids playroom was under renovation. It could’ve been a pretty good experience overall."

"It is always a pleasure to be back at Sotogrande Batangas! This was my third visit, and it has truly become my ”go-to” sanctuary in Batangas whenever I need to relax and de-stress. My post-birthday celebration was just as perfect as I hoped it would be. What keeps me coming back is the consistently high standard of service. Your employees are not only the epitome of professionalism but are also incredibly kind and thoughtful. A special thank you to Ms. Cess for always accommodating me so warmly—your dedication is a huge part of why the service here is so exceptional. I also have to mention the dining—the food is consistently on cue and sobrang sarap! I’m already looking forward to my next breakfast there. While the pool area remains the ultimate stress reliever for me, I have two small suggestions: it would be amazing to have a jacuzzi installed in the future, and perhaps a more discreet entrance/exit to the pool area, as walking through the restaurant to get there can feel a bit awkward! Overall, this remains the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable. I will definitely be back soon and will continue to recommend you to all my friends and family!"

"We have a great time to experience the beauty of the Club Punta Fuego place, specially at the beach area. We are very comfortable to stay and the staff and crews are very acommodating they are professionals to their job! Kudos! The Foods are great! We will surely back again. Thank You!🥰😍"

"1N2D Stay for Couple - July 2025 Loved everything and will absolutely book again. Our room was upgraded for free and had an outdoor tub. The room was huge and had a lot of sitting areas. Bed was king size and comfortable and clean. Smart TV can connect to YouTube but you need to sign in to your own Netflix account. Bathroom was huge. I think the room needs more hangers, complementary shampoo, reusable room slippers, scented candle/diffuser and it would be just perfect. Wifi was also fast. Breakfast buffet at pesce was cleansing and delicious for us. Loved walking around the farm, swimming at the pools, and the other services plus, the staff of the farm are very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the Upperdeck and food was also good and yummy and it felt romantic because a guitarist and a singer serandes us."

"Good location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, enthusiastic service staff, willing to provide all kinds of help. The room facilities are complete, the service staff is of high quality, which is very different from some fast business hotels. The breakfast is rich in variety, the room facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and the overall value for money is excellent. It is a very satisfactory experience."

"The place is still on point because it is accessible to malls, churches and even restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was their service. When I enter for the very first time, there are staff who will greet you warmly. It is my second time here but this time with my family. If I can remember correctly, there are 3 or 4 staff at the lobby that day. No one opens the door for us. I have a companion who is a senior citizen. We are 7 in total and carrying out bags. They didn’t offer the trolley if we needed it. But I shrugged it off. We stayed overnight here because we have a relative came from Laguna and we just wanted to checked in. There were no bath towels and the bottled water. I asked very politely for those 2 things. I even told the receptionist they can leave it there at our rooms since have some golfing and bowling to do. But to my surprise when we returned to the hotel, I checked my request was not delivered. I called for the second time and asked for it. Still not yet given. When I checked the time, it was 2300hrs no bath towels and even bottled water. I called again for the third time and the receptionist asked “what is it again Mam that you want?” It’s like all this time you didn’t know what I requested. Then I hung up the phone. I might not come back here again if their service will continue like this and definitely not gonna recommend Solano to my relatives and friends if their service will go on like that."
