"Well, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this."

"La cortina no estaba en muy buen estado, pero si se podía cerrar por lo que no era tan relevante, en cuanto llegué a la habitacion lo primero que hice fue reportar la falla, pero como estuve solo una noche me imagino que ya la remplazaron con calma."

"We will stay there again. My husband and I were so happy with the cleanliness and the attention from the crew. We requested towels and they would bring them right away. We were able to check in 30 minutes prior to 3:00 pm which made our stay easy and relaxing. Pretty quiet at night so made our sleep peaceful."
