"Rooms are well decorated but my room (mountain view/third floor) was very loud. I could hear the train and the trucks at night :( they do provide earplugs but they’re just not comfortable for me.
There is a pool at the hotel, but it’s great that guests can use the pool on the opposite side as well (there’s another hotel, from the same property)
Location is good, but not if you want to walk around"
"This hotel is okay. I found the location to be good and just a short walk to the main busy areas. The young lads who work there are lovely and always greet you when entering or leaving which is lovely. Where this place fell short for me was I had a leak in the bathroom. The water was dripping out onto the floor constantly. When I told them the bathroom floor was full of water they didn’t seem concerned or interested in fixing the solution even after looking at it - I had to ask for a room change, it was not offered. None until next day which was fine but I had to then ask for a bucket to try and prevent having to walk through water every time I needed to use the toilet. I got one and it filled it very quickly. I got moved to another room next day and had no fridge - they put one in there for me after me asking. I stayed for 4 nights and no one came to sweep my floor or provide a new bath towel/ toilet roll. Also I asked about laundry and told it be done by afternoon the next day. I left a bag of clothes. Went to collect the ‘evening’ of the next day and my bag was just left under the reception counter not done. Not sure why no-one didn’t ask each other why is this bag still here? It had been longer than 24h. I had to be up and on a bus out of Kampot the next morning :-( I have scored well because they change me to another room but I had to ask for it. That pipe need fixing - someone could slip and hurt themselves."
"The hotel is generally good and offers decent value for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, there were some noise issues at night, especially from people walking nearby, which made it a bit hard to rest. With better noise control, the stay could be more comfortable. Overall, it is a reasonable choice for a short stay."
"The best place to stay in Kampot is this place. Nice location at the riverside with nice pool and food.
2.5 km from the city center but it’s easy to get a tuktuk through grab.
If get chance so will visit agin"
"We have been staying here for 5 days and everything has been amazing.
The food and desserts are absolutely delicious, the nature around is beautiful, and the place is very clean.
The staff are warm, friendly, and always helpful.
There are fun activities like billiards and table tennis, which make the stay even more enjoyable.
The people here are very kind and welcoming, you really feel at home.
Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. I truly appreciate everything and Rady very good person and goooooood staff I love Rady !🙏"
"Modern bright hotel great value for money, all services provided. Comfortable bed and good bathroom.
Very nice staff so kind and helpful, absolutely no trouble in 99% of Cambodia one tiny border dispute and people cancelled, it’s a shame to see such a fine hotel almost empty.
Lovely bar on the 7th floor with a view over the city and the food was excellent, so go like I did and enjoy.. and I am 80 😂"
"This was my second stay. The service remained friendly and the room was clean. After I reported mosquito bites on the first night, housekeeping cleaned the room and added fragrance. I appreciate the quick response. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including bread, cereal, hot dishes, and a live station for noodles and eggs. Overall, we were satisfied and will come back again. For improvement, the pool appeared murky, likely due to high guest volume. And the food prices are slightly high given the average quality (we had khmer food, $9 for soup, $6 for salad)."
