"In need of refurbishment from a cosmetic perspective, as the carpet in my hotel room was worn and tired. No body wash and had to ring housekeeping for refill… perhaps this should be checked regularly with cleaning. Cannot fault the care demonstrated towards guests and breakfast quality. A grand old lady of Zagreb that will always draw me to her. Fantastic location. Highly recommended."

"Stayed here for a quick rest and shower between our flights. Lady at the front desk was very helpful and she even helped us moving our luggages to our room! Hotel shuttle arrived promptly, and driver was very responsive! The downside were absence of elevator and building located right next to train track. Train passed by every 10 minutes...it was very hard to rest due to the noise. Other than that the location was close to the airport, room was clean and staffs were nice! Highly recommended!"
"Badly maintained hotel with visibly old furnishings and with things falling apart ( see photos). Check in took a long time with only one staff able to perform check in spite of other available staff at the front desks. Phone in room was not functional on the first day so had to go down to front to desk to ask for help who redirected me back to the room again to call another number that also doesn’t work. Super unhelpful. Was expecting more from a Sheraton hotel. Plus points are - good location, indoor heated pool and good sized gym but also poorly maintained and rather dirty."
"The hotel itself is nice, but the room was very dirty. And I’m not talking about minor surface dirt - it was clear that proper cleaning had not been done for a long time. There were layers of dust, a dirty carpet, stained doors, etc.
We also booked parking, but no one explained where exactly we should go or how to enter. When we called the hotel from the parking area, no one opened the gate. We had to go to the hotel in person and ask again.
These are things hotel staff should explain proactively and clearly, rather than guests having to chase this information themselves. Overall, the hotel itself is not bad, but the dirt and the passivity of the staff completely spoil the experience."
