"Great stay as expected Heathrow airport, we’ve been here before and chose to stay again travelling with family before the flight. The beds are comfortable, staff were nice. It’s just that the swimming pool was not heated enough (quite cold), steam room lack steam and jacuzzi wasn’t working at the time of our stay. Executive lounge was a good thing to have, really enjoyed the refreshments and evening canapés. Cheers"
"The Radisson itself was ok. Bar prices were crazy but it’s to be expected, the rooms were tried but did the job, the parking was £24 per night (mental) but you couldn’t even get a space, after 45 mins of my husband driving around trying to find somewhere to park, I went to reception and said what should he do and they said just park on the double yellow lines or up a curb. They offer park for the stay on your trip so no wonder there was no spaces."
"The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay feel welcoming and comfortable. However, the amenities were fairly average—clean but basic rooms and limited facilities. Great for short stays or business trips, but not ideal if you're looking for luxury or extras."
"This is the 4th time staying at the hotel. It has always been great except for one thing. The beds are awful. Old, creaky, lumpy and very uncomfortable. This let's the hotel down . Otherwise, always a nice stay."
