And they gave us 2 beds in horrible smocked room 🤢 later on we’ve booked different room, but they didnt give us 2 beds but gave 1 queen, which was too small for us…."
"I had a great stay at the Abrial Hotel in Cannes. It offers excellent value for money, especially considering its convenient location close to the city centre and the Croisette.
The room was very clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also nice, with a good selection to start the day. It could be even better with the addition of some chicken or turkey options.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and a great choice for anyone visiting Cannes"
"Très bien accueilli avec de bonnes explications claires et avec le sourire, la chambre impeccable et propre, j’aime bien où est placer l’hôtel car pour se garer en voiture il y a de nombreuses places et l’autoroute n’est pas très loin, et ceux qui viennent en train prendre le bus A ou 1 à la gare de Cannes qui ont un arrêt de bus proche de l’hôtel.
Il y a de nombreux restaurants à quelques mètre ainsi qu’un cinéma"
"We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking.
Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails.
After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ).
They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty.
We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself.
The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither.
We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam.
We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area.
Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area.
Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325)..
The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful."

"I booked here 3 days before I stay. I was traveling alone, but all staff gave me such a warm welcome that I completely felt at ease during my stay. This hotel is really quiet even it’s in the central of the city. I pretty recommend to stay here when you travel Nice.

Nice breakfast however can be very full on weekends.
If you stay more than one day you only receive water on the first day even though my bookings are made seperate for both nights.
Even though we stay here every month they still ask me my documents 😂"
