"The greatest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. Despite language barriers, everyone we encountered was friendly, patient and genuinely eager to help. A special mention must go to the hotel manager, who went far beyond what could reasonably be expected. When we were struggling with transport arrangements, he personally offered assistance and ultimately drove us to the train station himself. Only afterwards did we discover that he was actually the hotel manager, not a driver. He refused any payment and demonstrated a level of hospitality and generosity that left a lasting impression on our family. The staff also helped us order food delivery using local apps that were difficult for us as foreign visitors to navigate, communicating through translation apps whenever necessary. The hotel is conveniently located beside the Olympic Sports Centre, which was ideal for our visit to the Asian Gymnastics Championships. The rooms were spacious and clean. However, there were several aspects of the stay that prevented it from feeling truly comfortable. The surrounding area felt unusually quiet, with many restaurants and commercial spaces appearing closed, giving parts of the district a somewhat deserted atmosphere. Dining options were limited, and finding lunch or dinner nearby was often challenging. The rooms, while large, had relatively small windows, which meant there was not much natural light. The air conditioning sometimes struggled to keep the room as cool as we would have liked, and the hot water supply was inconsistent. The beds were extremely firm, and each guest was provided with only one fairly hard pillow. Some travellers may appreciate a very firm mattress, but we found it a little uncomfortable for a longer stay. Also, we were only provided with 2 bath towels even though there were 3 of us sharing a room. Overall, this is a hotel with exceptional staff and a convenient location for events at the Sports Centre. While the accommodation itself fell short of our expectations in several areas, the kindness and professionalism of the staff left us with positive memories of our visit."

"ตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานต้อนรับผู้หญิงและพนักงานที่แนะนำห้องพักค่อนข้างกระตือรือร้นและเป็นมิตรดีครับ พอเข้าพักแล้วเจอฝุ่นเต็มโต๊ะมินิบาร์ ผมก็พอรับได้ พอเลื่อนโต๊ะข้างเตียงริมหน้าต่างตอนเก็บของ เจอคอตตอนบัดที่แขกคนก่อนใช้แล้วอยู่ใต้โต๊ะ ผมก็ทนได้อีกครับ แต่พอตกกลางคืน กว่าจะกล่อมลูกนอนได้หลังจากเดินเที่ยวหมู่บ้านมาทั้งวัน พอจะอาบน้ำกลับไม่มีสบู่เหลวกับครีมนวดผม นี่มันน่าหงุดหงิดจริงๆ ครับ เดินเที่ยวหมู่บ้านมาทั้งบ่ายอากาศก็ร้อน เหนื่อยก็เหนื่อยแล้ว พอจะอาบน้ำกลับไม่มีแม้แต่ของใช้พื้นฐาน ลองคิดดูว่ามันจะรู้สึกแย่และโมโหขนาดไหน วันรุ่งขึ้นยังพบว่าใต้อ่างล้างหน้าตรงประตูมีน้ำรั่วอีก ยิ่งผิดหวังเข้าไปใหญ่ ไม่คิดเลยว่าจ่ายค่าที่พักเกือบเจ็ดร้อยหยวนแล้วจะแย่ขนาดนี้ ปกติไปพักที่ไหนผมแทบจะไม่เคยให้คะแนนไม่ดีเลยครับ แต่ครั้งนี้ผิดหวังจริงๆ ครับ!"

"It was our second time stay this hotel. definitely best hotel in zunyi . They upgraded our room to that had best views. Great location. breakfast was great. . Lots restaurants and shops in walking distance. Gym equipment are awesome. service was great. Friendly staff 小王 小吴 always helpful. Gave us ice for drinks anytime we need and also free laundry service . Highly recommend and definitely book with them again. Thank you so much 😍😍"

"Ben hotel is tucked into a quiet side street off a main thoroughfare. It's got easy access to the bar street and the river park that also houses the Zunyi Conference Site. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby and getting to and from the hotel by taxi or Didi is very easy. The hotel itself is small and intimate. There are photos of old Zunyi all around and the lobby has lots of interesting art. There IS a gym on the fifth floor with a couple of treadmills, some weights, a giant couch. There is no bar and the restaurant only functions for breakfast. The restaurant directly next to the hotel was incredibly accommodating for a solo traveler who didn't want to buy five people's worth of food and create tons of waste, and they had a good selection of food. The room is large and well decorated. The couch is comfortable and well-broken in. The table is sturdy and the chair is nice. The bed is quite comfortable and they have hangers and places to place your luggage. The bathroom separates the toilet and the shower and the sink area is large and clean. They have a hair dryer and simple amenities with a qr code if you need anything else. I liked the soaps, shampoo and conditioner a lot. I stayed on the 6th floor and the shower had decent pressure and didn't take long to warm up. It's also decently tall."
