"必須誇一誇這家全季5.0曉山青！入住那天前台看我一個人大包小包的，主動問需不需要幫忙打包，還給我找來了紙箱和膠帶，把特產規規矩矩地裝好，退房時還主動幫我把行李搬上車，真的像朋友一樣貼心。客房一如既往的乾淨整潔，阿姨每天打掃都特別細緻，連充電線都會幫我理好，各種小細節讓人心裏暖暖的。再説説位置——酒店去北湖公園走路十來分鐘，早上晨練特別舒服；去1227購物廣場也是走路可達，那邊商户什麼都有，星巴克、喜茶，還有各種南充地道小吃，逛吃一條龍超省心。最關鍵的是退房後行李還能免費寄存，我輕裝上陣又去1227逛了一圈才走，完全不影響行程安排。全季的穩定品質加上這家店的暖心服務，下次來南充還選這兒！"

"เมื่อฉันจอง ฉันยุ่งกับ North Lake และ Hyatt Regency เนื่องจากสถานการณ์ของ National Hotel ฉันจึงเลือก North Lake ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ห้องที่อัปเกรดวิวทะเลสาบสามารถมองเห็น Beihu Park ส่วนใหญ่ได้ สุขอนามัยดีมาก น้องชายและน้องสาวที่แผนกต้อนรับมีความอดทนและเป็นมิตรมาก ขอขอบคุณเป็นพิเศษสําหรับเค้กพีชที่ Miss Yi มอบให้ ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเนื้อสําหรับมื้อเช้าอร่อยและน้ําเย็นก็ไม่เลวร้ายไปกว่าที่ซื้อข้างนอก เครื่องชงกาแฟหวังว่าจะสามารถปรับปรุงได้ เสียดายไม่มีตู้เย็นในห้อง ทริปนี้เร่งรีบและหวังว่าจะได้แวะเวียนมาช้าๆ"

"Conveniently located with an excellent view of the river. Plenty of restaurants near by and a 24hr small market next door for late night cravings. Service at the hotel was good but the facility is showing some signs of age. I pointed out to the staff that a sign by the elevator had an English word misspelled. They quickly addressed the issue."

"The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior."

"周圍都是老小區，打開窗的環境一般 但是離嘉陵江特別近，還有周邊有個廣場，吃的特別豐富，也很便宜 地下車庫通風不好，尾氣臭，還有黑洞洞的，視線不好"

"和幾個朋友一起商量着自駕遊，我們是在成都出發，然後路過南充，聽説南充的米粉非常出名，就想着來體驗一下，因為我們幾個人對酒店還是挺挑剔的，所以説我們就在網上看了挺久的，最後還是選擇了這家喆啡酒店，我們一開始還擔心車不方便停，結果到了酒店以後才發現他們有停車場有地下的也有地面的，前台還有免費的現磨咖啡，因為我們第二天還要開車，所以説就很擔心休息不好，結果出乎意料的是他們的床睡着太舒服了，我們幾個差點睡過頭哈哈，早餐的話也挺豐富的，而且都是很健康的搭配哦。退房的時候前台還送了我們辦伴手禮哈哈，非常感謝里麪的工作人員~! ！"

"ครั้งแรกที่ฉันพักที่นั่น ฉันคิดว่ามันโอเค แต่ครั้งนี้มันให้ความรู้สึกที่แตกต่างอย่างสิ้นเชิง อ่างล้างหน้าและเตียงอยู่ติดกัน ไม่มีสิ่งกีดขวางใดๆ ฉันสงสัยว่าใครเป็นคนออกแบบนี้ แต่พอฉันล้างมือ น้ำก็กระเด็นไปโดนโต๊ะข้างเตียงและแม้กระทั่งเตียง ประตูห้องน้ำปิดไม่สนิท ทำให้เกิดช่องว่างขนาดใหญ่ ดังนั้นตอนที่ฉันอาบน้ำข้างใน น้ำก็ไหลออกมาข้างนอก ประตูห้องน้ำก็ออกแบบมาได้แปลก ๆ เช่นกัน พอเปิดออก มันไปถูกับโถส้วม หมายความว่าหลังจากใช้ห้องน้ำเสร็จ ฉันต้องเอาตัวแนบกับโถส้วมและผนังเพื่อเปิดประตู ไม่มีของว่างตอนเที่ยงคืนด้วย"

"位置不錯，店家也體現了想好好服務的想法，無奈設施老舊，中央空調，都沒找到調節的按鈕，隔音也很差，十二點多幾個大嗓門找房間的嬢嬢，門口一頓喊，樓下的車流也是一輛輛的整夜不停"

"I did not have any expectation for this hotel because it was my first time visiting Nanchong. But my experience at this hotel turned out to be very outstanding. Even though the room permitted smoking, there was no cigarette smoke at all as they cleaned up the room very well. The room was spacious and sparkling clean. The staff was also very polite and helpful. Well worth the money also. Highly recommended!"
