"ห้องพักอยู่บนชั้น 41 วิวสวยมาก มองเห็นทิวทัศน์เมืองได้อย่างงดงาม ห้องกว้างขวาง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องน้ำดี มีอ่างอาบน้ำขนาดใหญ่แยกต่างหาก เครื่องทำความร้อนทำงานได้ดีมาก ไม่จำเป็นต้องเปิดเครื่องปรับอากาศเลย อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย มีร้านอาหารตามสั่งสำหรับมื้อกลางวันและเย็น บริเวณรอบโรงแรมสะดวกสบายสำหรับการช้อปปิ้ง อยู่ติดกับศูนย์การค้า Golden Eagle สามารถลงลิฟต์ไปที่ชั้นใต้ดิน 2 เดินเพียง 20 เมตรก็จะเข้าสู่ชั้นใต้ดินของ Golden Eagle มีร้านบะหมี่ เช่น Ma Ji Yong ทำให้การรับประทานอาหารเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วและสะดวกสบาย"

"It's very nice hotel and has door direct access to the mall which is very convenient. Bed area full cover with carpet make it warm and cozy. It has iron for clothes inside the room with iron board which is good. As for breakfast, it has lots of variety food that I can choose and try."

"I had a great stay. I was upgraded to a massive suite, which was lovely. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was busy, but there were helpful signs with advice about the best time to go during the holiday. I did struggle to sleep the first night, as fireworks went off until gone 1.30am but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Worth keeping in mind though if you’re looking to stay there during CNY. Location is otherwise nice, with a lake opposite the hotel which is nice to walk around."

"ในช่วงตรุษจีน ครอบครัวของฉันเดินทางไปคุนซานเพื่อทานอาหารเย็นวันส่งท้ายปีเก่า ต่างจากโรงแรมส่งท้ายปีเก่าบางแห่งที่ร่วมมือกับตัวแทนการท่องเที่ยว ที่นี่เงียบสงบ สะอาด บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างอุดมสมบูรณ์ และมีคนไม่มากนัก ห้องอาบน้ำมีขนาดใหญ่สามารถนั่งพักผ่อนได้ ตรงข้ามมีสวนสาธารณะเหมาะแก่การเดินเล่นพักผ่อน โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้รถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินหมายเลข 11 และสะดวกมากในการขับรถไปยังจุดชมวิวด้วยรถไฟใต้ดิน เหมาะสำหรับเดินทางกลับบ้าน"

"This inn is in such a beautiful location. I only stayed one night, but definitely want to come back and stay longer. The host was warm and friendly. We connected on WeChat the day before and she provide a waypoint for gps when booking a car. She met up with me in the pedestrian street outside of the town’s gate to guide me in and helped with the luggage. The location is very convenient. This is an ancient town so the street surfaces are stone slabs and uneven cobblestones. But going in is mostly smooth, cross one bridge and the inn is right there, about as close to the entrance and as least hassle as you can get. The waterway in front of the inn is travelled by the row boats whether they’re on the day or evening tour route so there’s plenty to people watch from the balcony. Overall a great place, great host, and highly recommended. Little tip, if you can store luggage at the airport or train station, take only what you need for your stay so you don’t have too much luggage to weigh you down for the trek in and out. The balcony rooms are walkup only."

"Second time I've stayed here. Really like this hotel. Excellent location near the train station. We stayed in the suite room with additional living area. Room was an excellent size. Large bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed. Staff all excellent, very polite and accommodating and do their best to speak English. Breakfast very good although food does run out so I wouldn't recommend coming down close to 10 am. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time I'm in Kunshan."

"What tops the list for me is the friendly staff.They go out of their way to help.I would like to specifically mention front desk manager Mr Bruce, who tried his best to get some vegetarian food at odd times. He even came with me to restaurant leaving his front deak to find an option.That's something beyond my expectation. Room is very clean.Restaurant is pretty good with several options for breakfast. In my room, AC effect was not good.They immediately try to rectify and also offered fan in the room. I am sure will stay in this hotel whenever I come to Kunshan."
