"I had a fantastic stay. The room was massive, very clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view, which made the stay feel even more relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were excellent — very attentive, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Everything felt well-managed and professional. The location is also a major highlight. It is very close to Kunshan Railway Station, making it extremely convenient for travel. One of the best parts was the view of the high-speed trains passing by, which was really enjoyable and made the stay feel unique. Overall, this was a great stay with spacious rooms, wonderful service, a fantastic location, and a memorable view. I would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"What tops the list for me is the friendly staff.They go out of their way to help.I would like to specifically mention front desk manager Mr Bruce, who tried his best to get some vegetarian food at odd times. He even came with me to restaurant leaving his front deak to find an option.That's something beyond my expectation. Room is very clean.Restaurant is pretty good with several options for breakfast. In my room, AC effect was not good.They immediately try to rectify and also offered fan in the room. I am sure will stay in this hotel whenever I come to Kunshan."

"Whenever we visit our friends in Kunshan we stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located with nearby malls and shops one can easily visit. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Having previously stayed in Kunshan, this hotel provides a perfect place for my son and I to stay at when we visit. The hotel rooms are always neat, and there are enough amenities provided daily. This is our second stay this year, and we already plan to come in September again. I am looking forward to our next visit😊👍"
