"Love this hotel. Very clean and comfortable, with nice aesthetic. Really good value for price."

"The hotel is old and outdated. Maybe 20 year ago it was impressive, now it is not in a best condition. The breakfast is moderate even it comprises many options. The swimming pool is good. The SPA is pretty good."

"We stayed there over a week, its a place i would come again. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, we felt like we are home. Location is also really good, its close to biggest shopping mall of the city"

"Where I arrived at the general location of Grace Inn, l couldn't find the entrance to the hotel even though the exterior of the hotel fits the description. Instead I saw the reception for Inzone Allike Inn. In desperation, I asked a tailor shop nearby for directions, he kindly saw me to the Inzone Allike reception and said that is the correct address. Confusing but I made it. I have booked a room with no window but the friendly receptionist upgraded me to one with window. That was a great help because I stayed 4 nights here. Due to the difficulty of securing train tickets, I decided to stay longer in Dezhou and made a day trip to Jinan. The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to restaurants and supermarkets. The bus stops are also a short walk away."

"As a traveler from faraway Brazil, when I first arrived in China, I fell into a physical predicament due to not getting acclimated to the local conditions. Severe vomiting and diarrhea left me completely drained of strength. In my flurry, my clothes and the bedspread were soiled as well. When I was at my most helpless, the young man at the front desk of Atour Hotel in Dezhou extended a helping hand. He not only accompanied me to the hospital attentively, helping me consult the doctor and get the medicine, but also silently took care of everything while I was seeking medical treatment. When I returned to the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my dirty clothes had been washed and dried, and the bed sheets and covers had been replaced with clean and tidy new ones. All the staff members of the hotel have always provided warm and thoughtful service, showing care and offering help in subtle ways. This warmth that transcends national boundaries made me feel as comfortable and at ease as if I were at home in a foreign land. I sincerely thank every staff member of Atour Hotel and give a thumbs-up for their attentive and professional service!"
