โรงแรมดีเหมือนอพาร์ตเมนต์ ทำอาหารในห้องได้ มีร้านอาหารจีนหลายร้าน ราคาสมเหตุสมผล พักมา 2 ครั้งแล้ว

ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมาก เดินเพียง 10 นาทีถึงสถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน และสถานีขนส่ง ห้างสรรพสินค้าอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียง 5 นาที ร้านอาหารและซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตก็อยู่ในระยะที่เดินไปถึงได้ ห้องออกกำลังกายมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน พนักงานโรงแรมเป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก แต่มีอยู่วันหนึ่งพนักงานทำความสะอาดปิดประตูห้องไม่สนิท โชคดีที่ห้องพักของเราไม่มีอะไรเสียหาย ปัญหาหลักคือเสียงจากการก่อสร้างและฝุ่น เราจ่ายเงินเพิ่มสำหรับห้องสตูดิโอพร้อมระเบียง แต่ระหว่างที่เราพัก พื้นที่ฝั่งตรงข้ามโรงแรมกำลังอยู่ในระหว่างการก่อสร้าง สว่านและรถขุดซีเมนต์ส่งเสียงดังและฝุ่นตลอดเวลาตั้งแต่ 7 โมงเช้าของทุกวันจันทร์ถึงวันเสาร์ การก่อสร้างหยุดเฉพาะวันอาทิตย์เท่านั้น เราไม่สามารถเปิดประตูระเบียงเพื่อรับอากาศบริสุทธิ์ได้จนถึงตอนเย็น อีกปัญหาเล็กน้อยคือเครื่องอบผ้าที่ชั้น 3 เสียตลอดทั้งสัปดาห์ ทางโรงแรมอนุญาตให้เราใช้เครื่องอบผ้าที่ชั้น 5 ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์มาก

Good location , walking distance to shops , food, train station. Very little amenities on site other than a vending machine which would not accept my card. Staff very pleasant , check in and out was easy, room was very clean and spacious but had some existing damage which I reported to the front desk at the time so they were aware none of it was caused by me.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering spacious accommodations and a full range of modern amenities that ensure a very comfortable stay. The facilities are well-equipped, and the overall experience provides excellent value for money. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, efficient, and highly convenient. Although the hotel is not directly next to the train station, it is only about a 5 to 7-minute walk away, which is still very manageable. Overall, it is a great choice for travelers seeking comfort, cleanliness, and good service at a reasonable price.

Convenient location. Transport interchange, shopping arcade, cafes and supermarkets nearby. Cosy accommodation with gym facilities.

I had a generally okay stay here, but I was frustrated by the housekeeping service. Before I left for the day, I explicitly asked reception if they could change the bedsheets and towels. However, when I returned, I found that the bed had only been tidied up (made), and the sheets and towels had not actually been changed as requested. I am not sure if this was a breakdown in communication between reception and the cleaning staff, or if "limited housekeeping" is just their standard policy, but it was disappointing to make a specific request and have it ignored.

The bathroom floor wasn’t properly cleaned. The shower had dirty spots inside the glass and the cleanliness on the bathroom floor wasn’t up to my expectations. The smell in the room upon arrival as well wasn’t good either. Humidity smell as soon as I entered the room. Overall, very quiet as requested for a relaxing solo trip however, due to the cleanliness standards, I wouldn’t book again.

Located in the quiet area , few minutes away from Westfield. Room is clean and spacious. Overall is quite good

Overal everything is ok for price range. Service was good . The room is clean and it very convinient

The adjoining rooms were great.  Parking arrangements were super easy.  Rooms were clean and tidy.
