The Garden Suite was large, beyond well appointed and “Charleston” through and through. Parking right outside the suite was a big plus. The owners and staff were welcoming, thoughtful and full of great recommendations, like dinner at Chubby Fish, a short walk away.

If you're looking for the best hotel experience in Charleston, your search should start and end here. The rooms, amenities, and staff are all top notch. Their quiche, grit bread, and homemade yogurt parfait are the best continental breakfast we've ever had. We spent more time than we anticipated on the property because it was so wonderful!

Stayed at 86 Cannon with my wife during our first trip to Charleston for our babymoon. The inn was maintained excellently and is very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was great with wonderful food and shopping options within walking distance. If I return to Charleston, I would stay here again. Exceeded expectations.

This is a beautiful Inn near a lot of nice restaurants and places to walk. The rooms are really well appointed and comfortable. The bedding is nice, the bathroom is modern and the shower is great. There is a fridge and a big TV with all the streaming services. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and homemade yogurt, toast, quiche, juices and hard boiled eggs. The owners are really nice people who were available for any questions and were very helpful in giving us tips on where to go and where to eat. Everything was clean and neat and the outside sitting areas were very pleasant and inviting. A wonderful place to stay when you're in Charleston.

86 Cannon is CHARMING!! So Comfortable, newly Remodeled and decorated, top of the line in every way!! Delicious Breakfast! Great location!! Beautiful Decor, and Southern Hospitality at its best! The owners and Staff are LOVELY!!! We Highly recommend staying here!! We enjoyed delicious homemade bread and yogurt, wine and cheese, A beautiful Patio and great porches for sitting and sipping!! Yes, STAY HERE!! 86 Cannon is SUPERB in every way!!

Great hospitality from the owner as well as employees. Our suite and interior furnishings were first class. The grounds and seating areas very peaceful, even with the traffic and construction. Our room was spotless, bed and furniture all very comfortable.

Best stay ever! Comfortable and luxurious. Highly recommend! Everything was wonderful from arrival to check out. We loved the wine and cheese happy hour and yummy breakfast. Great location- walkable to everything. We hope to be back soon!

86 Cannon is the sweetest little Inn and we felt right at home. From the delicious and fresh breakfast to the complimentary bikes, every detail was thought out perfectly. We would definitely recommend 86 Cannon to others. The owners put detail into every aspect of their Inn. We loved the homemade yogurt and granola, wine and cheese hour in the evening and the complimentary bikes to explore downtown. The Inn was clean, comfortable and just what we were looking for.
