半夜十一點入住，給我開的員工電梯緊挨着的房間。睡到半夜十二點被電梯井的咣噹聲吵醒了。打電話給前台問是不是衹剩這一間房了，所以才開的這個。回答説不是，換房間不想折騰，前台也沒説給換。中午退房又問了下前台，告訴我這個房型挨着員工梯的多。我問其他的都住滿了嗎？説是沒有。沒有為什麼還會優先開這種房間呢？電梯隔音那麼差。提醒入住避開各樓層11號房間吧。
