What can I say about the accommodation except why would anyone stay at the hotel across the road when they could have the comforts of home so close by. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing holiday/ vacation. it has a king size bed separated from the other room by sliding glass doors. a kitchenette with a double hob and a microwave plus kettle. the main living area has a comfortable settee, large TV with Netflix and other smart tv add ons. As most of the condos are owned by people living and working in Bangkok the whole of the pool area is empty during the week so you can have a choice of all the sunbeds including the large comfortable round ones. even at the weekend you still find very few people at the pool as the locals do not like to sunbath and do there swimming and pool activities in the evening. our main contact during the stay was Joolpipop who arrange for the maid to come in and clean twice a week and any other things we needed. coffee was always topped up along with 2 bottles of water with each visit of the maid the site is exceptionally clean and the gardens well maintained an exceptional and cheap way to stay here in Cha am, please note this is not Cham beach and the village is quite with some lovely little restaurants we have stayed here 3 times now and would not hesitate to go back and or recommend this place. if your thinking of going and need any contact details please drop me a line
