Staff is friendly. Booked a 3 bedded but too small. Changed to double bed with living and dinning room. But space then the 3 bedded. Continental breakfast was nice. Good location which is near to the Pinnacles Discovery Centre.

Staying for 1 night, hotel just 15mins drive from The Pinnacle dessert. Room is so spacious only given internet access (5GB) but not issue for me.

Very dated motel..there may not be any cleaning services during your stay , we stayed for 3 nights .. no service.

The description mentioned the room with little kitchen, but we found it didn't contain. A little bit disappointed. Other facilities are fine.

The room was perfect for us as my husband has a disability. the bathroom was well thought out in that there were no steps for the shower. We liked the urgent reaction 2 minutes by the receptionist and the chef) to our request when we couldn't turn the hot shower off. They fixed this in an instant.

The Pinnacles Edge Resort is highly recommended. It has a great location. The on-site restaurant also serves delicious food for dinner, making it a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Would be helpful to upgrade a bit.

Ground floor units to be preferred.

Looked a bit different from the pictures and the overall space was smaller than expected. The pillow bedding was dark and so were the towels, which made me worry about the cleaniness.

Location was good, the problem is the sign to find it especially at night, there barely road lights on, I was driving from the beach side ( after seeing the sunset) GPS shows I have arrived, but there was no signs, I saw the one with the Motel’s sign ( first photo, the worst, can’t even see any sign at all, looks like the sign is older than me) I had to get off the car and went into the motel and asked, apparently it’s the same place:(
