Manage told me that if we complain we will loose our refund money "

"We chose Kleinkaap for our anniversary celebration. The reservation process on the internet was impressive with reminders etc. The decor and service at the restaurant was excellent. The menu was not exceptional but acceptable. I chose the R 385,00 T-Bone steak (500g) - a little pricy but judging by the ambience I expected excellent quality. When I noticed the cutlery setting on the table - a fish fork with a small serrated knife and a spoon, I assumed this was for starters and they would serve a proper steak knife. But no ! I had to fight the sinewy steak with the small serrated knife. Fortunately the chef assisted with his kitchen knife. He blamed my small knife for my struggle and not the quality of the steak. The rest of the dining experience went well."
