The service is good, the room is clean and tidy, the location is strategic in the city center, the breakfast is yummy, yes, next time I go to Jakarta I will stay here again, highly recommended.

Overall Good layout and clean. Except the restaurant service was very slow. It takes long time to get food served after ordering. During breakfast it is noted the staff do not make an effort to refill .

Hotel has very spacious rooms. It's a has a good Mexican restaurant at the lobby. Breakfast comes with a good variety of Asian and Western dishes. Friendly staff as well.

Located somewhere in central jakarta so it’s easy enough to travel around. The room is large which is great and the staffs are also really nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a mosquito on my first night there and the water filter did not have water on our last day. Overall, really nice place to stay.

The room we stayed in was very nice. We had a pleasant surprise when the hotel decided to upgrade our room because the non-smoking rooms were fully booked. The staff are friendly and helpful.

First, i am booking for 1day.. after for 4night again.. all 5night in Travia.. love it ! For stay, for sleep n for working after a long day in Jakarta.. Thank you !

My friends had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. They were allowed early check in with pro rated charges. In a convenient location too

The location was fine and we did take advantage of amenities including room service and massage. The food was not great but it wasn’t bad although the massage was strange as the masseuses came to our room and did not allow for much privacy. We also used the dry cleaning/laundry service which was supposed to be express but took about 6 hours (4hrs longer than we paid for). The interior could do with an update as the furniture and carpet feel very dated.

Do not stay here. I thought this would be a modern, clean hotel. The rooms smelled like vomit and urine and were old and outdated. The rooms were dirty and I found stray hairs in the bathroom. I needed some laundry done and requested express laundry (4 hours). I came back 6 hours later and my laundry was not done. We almost missed our train as a result. I tried to resolve the issue with the front desk, and they had no idea where my laundry was and tried to get me to pay the express price. I would assume there are better options in Jakarta

Rebranding hotel with new name and new concept which more aestetic, clean and fresh! Room was spacious, with white interior inside outside so that looks more wide and clean. The breakfast menu not so many but the looks of the new resto is nice. Swimming pools not so big but enough. Parking area also big.

The space room so big and their staff very good. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Jakarta.
