The soundproofing in the rooms isn’t great. The buffet breakfast was nothing special. The hotel is in a good location. There’s a tube station right outside. Transport links are excellent. The staff are very friendly. It’s easy to communicate with them. Overall, it’s a decent place.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was fantastic – the staff was friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was super convenient, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

All is good. Location is next to metro and very convenient to travel. Room is comfy and toilet is large.

location is good, as metro station is just outside the hotel. parking is at basement, right next to the hotel block. no complimentary bottle of water, please bring your own bottle to fill up during breakfast. breakfast has not got much variety of food to choose from, basically 2 hot dishes and 2 kinds of veg, then bread….

Location was great, it was right outside a train station. Room was very clean and neat. Service was great too, managed to check in at 9am after a long flight!

The location is the best part. Breakfast is very good and the staff there (food service) is very friendly. The room that I received was noisy, as the train passes very near to my window. All night long, persistent drops of rain hit the window, causing an uncomfortable noise. I will never book that hotel again.

Its a 3 star hotel. Bit far from the city center. Small room.

位置方便，就在地鐵站對面，可步行到Mercado Bom Sucesso，有不少餐廳和超市。房間乾淨整潔，但因為鄰近地鐵站所以地鐵經過會有明顯的聲音，對噪音比較敏感的人可能不適合。

1️⃣位置：屬於比較偏的老城區，雖然有咖啡館和小超市但周邊像工地。 2️⃣最懊惱就是：地鐵站就在樓板下面，如果是3-5分鐘路程還好，但是這是3-5分鐘一趟的地鐵一宿沒睡啊。波爾圖地鐵夜間也不休息。價格和設施嚴重不符，近乎900元價格每人/天/間收取3歐元城市税（付現金） 對面就是交通站在刨地，周邊很淒涼。 3️⃣沿着路走到中心廣場附近酒店也就5分鐘可以選擇很多價格還便宜500-700之間 4️⃣酒店連基本瓶裝水都沒有。

Hotel con ruido de las obras trabajando toda la noche,ruido del metro que pasa a escasos metros y no deja dormir!! También nuestra habitación familiar éramos 2 adultos y 2 niños y ni un solo armario!! Un perchero para colgar chaquetas solamente! Ya me dirás dónde guardas toda la ropa de los niños,calzado etc. la ducha no desaguaba bien y salía todo el agua,no nos cambiaron tampoco de habitación!! Y el desayuno Mui Mui normalito!! No repetiría jamás!
