The place is secure with parking lot nearby. Located in the heart of Fuente. The downside is that breakfast will be served by 7am, most hotels serve breakfast starting 6am for the convenience of early birds.

Very accessible since it is located in downtown Cebu. Nice view of Fuente Circle too! Downside is the noise from the vehicles passing below.

I love this hotel, very excellent location, located at the heart of Cebu City, just steps away from Fuente Osmena Circle, Robinsons Malls and the restaurants are also a few steps away. Public transportation is an easy catch as well. I love this hotel. I had the best seat and view when I had my breakfast at the restaurant there. Thanks Elegant Circle Inn! I will be back for sure. Great location and affordable prices. The room itself is small and older furniture.

The room is so small compare to other hotel of the same price. But what i like most is the location which is very near to the malls, hospitals, clinics and pharmacy. Very good access if you want to go to SM and Ayala Mall. Water is good but no Hot water available during shower. Noisy -voices of people staying from the neighboring room can be heard.
