The place was okay, except it needed to be cleaned and check out is super early , they could have made it @12n instead of 11am

Location wise is far from the main road. The building is new the services can be improve. For budget friendly stay it a good deal.

We really had a good stay, the place is convenient for us with everything you need. The room was niceeee and neat, organized shelves, complete appliances for cooking and storage, and comfyyy bed. It was never a hassle in our whole stay since it is walking distance to IT Park and stores. Definitely would recommend this to my friends! And I hope we can stay again here! Thank you! The owner is nice and easy to communicate. ps. i love the room so muchhh hehe :)))

The location was perfect for our plans. Clean and comfy room. Complete Amenities and we are able to cook our food. Great service! Thanks to Trixia.

The room i stayed in for just over a week, is a perfect room for budget travelers, good WiFi, a good bed, warm water shower, clean, big fridge, water cooker and microwave, electric cooking plate, pot & pan. Free access to gym & swimming pool. Downstairs is a laundry shop and 2 coffee shops. Everything you need! If you have any questions or problems, the landlords are at the spot to help you out. A real recommendation.

Mr. Gary, the host, had been very accommodating. He toured us to where we could find the amenities up until to our room. The room was very spacious with cooking utensils, a fridge, a smart tv, extra bed foam and pillows. Even though there were quite a number of people in the pool, we still enjoyed it since it is big and we do not feel cramped up. Location is near a lot of restaurants as well as Cebu IT park with varieties of food and entertainment. Check-out was hassle-free. Will be coming back if given the time.

We love our room, it’s so cozy and clean. The only is the service coz when my daughter was still swimming at the pool around 9pm, the guard shut the lights off which made her scared. Also, pay park should only be for non customers. No food available so we need to order using grab and the driver cant deliver the food at the room nor leave the food at the lobby it is so inconvenient to go down everytime we buy food. That’s all . Thank you!
