The staff is very welcoming, I felt like a prince !

Rooms are surprisingly spacious. A bit old interior but very clean. All staff are kind and helpful. Pool area is wide and have enjoyable theme.

The person in charge didn’t explain that the bathroom stuffs are only free upon arrival( toiletries. )
Housekeeping was only once and didn’t came back
We are hoping that next time the staff will explain everything upon arrival

1 star service poor quality food for the price no in room dining from 10pm to 6 am gutom kayo sa madaling araw bawal maligo sa dagat my jelly fish at madumi plus another parking fee sa beach front mahinang wifi sa labas ng hotel try nyo mgcheck in para masira bakasyon nyo

The hotel is fine as well as the food but if you are looking for a place to relax, this is not the place to be. They accept day and night swimming which makes it impossible for hotel paying guests to get a chance to swim. The pool was packed! There was literally no space available!!! Pool looks dirty due to the massive crowd swimming! Beach is dirty too and packed with people as well. Place does not have any difference from a public establishment. It is a waste of money. A huge disappointment!
