It was a very good place to stay. The price was very low and breakfast had a kind of big Buffett and live pan cake counter. Coffee machine was good, cakes and bread options were also numerous.
Pleasant checkin with 24 hours manned reception.

località tranquilla. La struttura si presenta come un buon hotel a quattro stelle. La stanza molto grande e luminosa con grande balcone).la colazione un po' da rivedere la cameriera molto disponibile per a contattarci in ogni richiesta grazie .. prezzo molto conveniente perun 4 stelle parcheggio al coperto compreso nel prezzo noi abbiamo soggiornato per 108 per due notti con tasse di soggiorno !
Le altre recensioni che ho visto mi sembravano molto negative. Magari sono stato fortunato rispetto ad altri.cmq per un 4 stelle de e essere ristrutturato ora e più 3 stelle

房間設施很舊，家庭房的桌子很多破裂玻璃邊，已經傷到小孩了。

The hotel was almost empty, probably because it was off season. I think the spa was closed too. The rooms were clean, the people working in the hotel were very helpful, the place was very quiet. I think it's a very nice place in the summer. Breakfast was ok.

Wow after reading the reviews we wasn’t expecting much but what a hotel . Staff from the minute we arrived were brilliant . Very helpful and so polite . Cleaners were brilliant and even when lift was out of order offered to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs for us .
The breakfast was brilliant and a lovely view of the mountains to go with it .
Each morning after breakfast before heading out we didn’t have access to a pool ,but we did have free access to a water park with about 20 different slides . This really made it for the kids and myself .
It was about a 10 minute drive into Bardilino with easy parking in hotel . Took about 25 minutes to get to Verona.
Room was spotless and we had fresh towels throughout the day and as it was really hot we had water brought to the room through out the day .
Best place I’ve stayed in Italy for a long time .
