Good location clean nice staff great breakfast choice rooms and stairways spotless

Absolutely thrilled to have booked this place. Muslim friendly, loads of halal places, everyone’s friendly what’s not to love. Smack in the middle of town and all the convenient shops and food places. I will absolutely stay here again with family. Must visit wales again. Loved every second of it

The hotel was nice the staff was kind and the bed was comfy the place was clean room yeah the shower was nice tea coffee and sugar on the room kettle and tv was big

This is the perfect spot in Swansea. The staff are lovely, the rooms are quiet and clean, and it’s walking distance to the coach station. It’s on a street with lots of bars and restaurants and there are 4 supermarkets in walking distance. Highly Recommend.

離火車站大約步行十幾分鍾，酒店旁邊有條商業街，對面可走到港灣，離博物館也不遠，總的還是挺方便的，乾淨衞生。

酒店房間大，設施該有的都有，員工熱情，入住期間電梯經常維修，要走樓梯。旁邊有很多飯店餐飲，超市也不遠。遊艇碼頭走路距離。綜合來説，性價比很高。

I chose this location as it's on the water and a beautiful setting. However, this falls short of relaxing and the calm I was after. Unfortunately when I arrived the toilet had not been cleaned properly which was not a nice welcome. Due to how busy I have been I've had to report it via an email but I am sure they would have sorted if I asked. The first night I noticed how creaky the building is, the floorboards by my door are incredibly noisy and people were walking back and forth quite late, likely because it was a weekend. This continued the second night, and the floor above is also very noisy and you can hear people walking around so much it vibrates the light fitting. Outside also appears to be just as noisy with goings on even on a Sunday. Unfortunately this spoilt the experience as I needed rest and this fell short of providing me of it. However, the staff member who checked me in was very kind and helpful, just the building that isn't great, and hard to change, and a missed toilet during the cleaning before checking in. I would still use Premier inn again as find their beds very comfortable, but maybe not this one. I have raised these issues with Premier Inn via a feedback form.

Brilliant staff especially Mike on desk. Rooms lovely and clean. Highly recommend. We always stay here when in Swansea. Great location.

15 minute walk from station. Staff lovely breakfast excellent. Easy access to bus for Swansea Grand Theatre. We did not find it noisy but it was in a “lively area” and this may be different at other times of the year.
