เราเลือกโรงแรมนี้เพราะทําเลที่ตั้งและที่จอดรถส่วนตัว เราจองไว้ 2 คืน แต่พักแค่คืนเดียว เราไปถึงตอนบ่ายและสังเกตเห็นว่าห้องมีฝุ่นเต็ม ไม้กวาดประตูมีสนิม ตู้เย็นขนาดเล็กยังสกปรกอยู่ด้านใน นี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าเขาไม่ได้ทําความสะอาดแม้แต่นิดเดียว ผ้าปูที่นอนบางและทรุดโทรมมาก ทั้งผ้าปูที่นอนและเครื่องนอนก็โทรมจนมีสีเทาอ่อนๆ ห้องน้ําก็ต้องการทําความสะอาดลึกดี ฝุ่นเยอะและบริเวณรอยๆ เราได้ทําความสะอาดพื้นที่บางส่วนและจัดการทุกอย่างด้วยผ้าเช็ดตัวล้างมือที่เรานํามาและเอาฝุ่นไปให้มากเท่าที่ควร ตอนนั้นมันสายเกินไปที่จะหาโรงแรมอื่นในบริเวณนั้นเราจึงตัดสินใจที่จะสนุกกับคาเซเรซและออกจากวันรุ่งขึ้น เราเช็คอินวันที่ 1 แล้วสามารถเพิ่มคืนให้กับโรงแรมถัดไปในทริปของเราได้ เราไม่ได้แม้แต่จะถอดกระเป๋า เราสนุกกับคาเซเรซทั้งวันและอยู่จนดึก วันต่อมาเราออกเดินทางแต่เช้าเพื่อเพลิดเพลินกับคาซาเรซมากขึ้น 14:00 น. หลังจากทานอาหารเที่ยงเรากลับเข้าโรงแรมเพื่อเช็คเอ้าท์ เราไม่อยากเสียเวลาให้รายละเอียดกับพนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้าเราแค่อยากออกไป ไม่มีอะไรที่โรงแรมนี้จะทําเพื่อให้เราอยู่ที่นั่นอีกคืน ก็ไม่ได้เป็นแค่ห้องสกปรกเท่านั้นความรู้สึกโดยรวมของโรงแรมก็แค่ไม่เหมาะสมกับเรา โรงแรมนี้มีคนเข้าออกเยอะมากซึ่งอธิบายถึงความใส่และหยดของสถานที่แต่ไม่ใช่สภาพสกปรก นางกล่าวขอโทษมากว่าเราอยากออก ทั้งๆ ที่ไม่ได้บ่น เราแค่บอกว่าอยากออก และบอกว่า นางจะโทรหา 1 ไปดูว่า คืนนั้นเค้าคืนเงินได้ไหม แต่เธอไม่คิดว่าเค้าจะและอธิบายบางอย่างเกี่ยวกับวิธีการจ่ายเงิน เป็นต้น เราบอกเธอว่าเราไม่อยากได้เงินคืน เราใช้โรงแรมเก็บกระเป๋า(เราใส่ป้ายห้ามรบกวนด้วยซ้ํา) และใช้ที่จอดรถเพื่อให้เราเข้าพักดึกเพื่อเพลิดเพลินกับคาเซเรซมากขึ้นแต่ตอนนี้เราอยากออกไป เธอก็เช็คเอาท์เราจ่ายค่าจอดแล้วออกไป ตอนเช็คอิน ทาง front desk เอากุญแจห้องมาวางไว้ภายในกล่องที่เหมือนจะทําความสะอาดบัตรพลาสติกที่มีรังสีอัลตราไวโอเล็ต แต่เขายังแตะพาสปอร์ตของเราและยื่นคืนให้เรา เค้าทํากุญแจให้มากกว่านี้สําหรับโชว์ ้องดูแล พนักงานทําความสะอาดให้มากกว่านี้ ตัดสินจากจํานวนคนที่มีอยู่อาจจะทํากลับห้องเหล่านั้นได้อย่างรวดเร็วมาก ที่ไม่ดีโดยเฉพาะช่วงโรคระบาดนี้ เราสังเกตเห็นความคิดเห็นก่อนหน้าจาก ”จูน ทอเรส ผู้อํานวยการทั่วไปที่โรงแรมแกรนดอน มานูเอล” ระบุว่า เค้าได้คืนเงินเราคืนคืนนั้น ผมเขียนรีวิวนี้กลับไปเพื่อแก้ไขความคิดเห็นของเขา คุณทอเรสนั่นไม่จริง ๆ เราเช็คบัตรเครดิตของเราวันนี้เผื่อพลาด เหลือแต่ค่าจอดรถจากโรงแรมนี้ ถ้ามีเงินคืนคงมาจาก 1 เพราะเราจองผ่านเค้าและจ่ายเงินเต็มผ่านเค้า น่าอายที่ ”กรรมการทั่วไป” จะมาที่นี่เพื่อโกหกและโจมตีก

We last stayed here four years ago and liked it a lot. This time we really loved it! We came back on the strength of the hotel being so close to all the historic sights and because of the fabulous apple cake at the breakfast buffet. Both were still as good! We had a room facing the street on the 2nd floor and, thanks to two sets of double glazed windows, it was nice and quiet. Modern and with everything we needed: a safe, fridge, nice toiletries, comfy beds. All the staff were so friendly, especially the young man on reception from Zafra. Highly recommended. We were in a junior suite, giving us a sofa and desk in a separate room. It was clean and spacious and the bed enormous - but the bed was so hard. I found the hotel soulless - no restaurant service in the evening, and the cafe/bar was like a waiting room. Because the pool was not yet open (we went in May) there was nowhere green to sit outside in the shade, only on the small terrace overlooking the main road.

Hemos estado el finde semana visitando Cáceres, está en las afueras y si no tienes coche el paseo del centro al hotel es d media hora y por un sendero bastante solo, que pasan sólo los coches, eso se debería de avisar y por lo demás, en cuanto al hotel la estancia genial, la recepcionista nos atendió muy amablemente e incluso nos recomendó sitios para pedir comida para llevarla a la habitación, ya que estábamos muy cansadas fue todo un acierto, las habitaciones muy bien acondicionadas, les falta un lavado de cara en cuanto a pintura y algún otro detalle y La iluminación de los pasillos tardan los sensores mucho en detectar el movimiento e impide acceder de noche rápidamente al ascensor, por el resto desayuno de buffet muy correcto y por 5€ es más que aceptable, volveríamos a ir e incluso lo recomiendo para los que quieran evadirse un poco del caos por el Womad

Nos alojamos en él en una boda y la verdad es que las instalaciones son geniales. Buenas habitaciones, buena cocina (Tanto restaurante como poolbar) y muy buen Spa (tienes una hora gratis al día con la habitación). Además el catering de la boda, que pertenece al hotel fue muy bueno, con diferentes zonas par ala celebración. Además puedes cargar el coche eléctrico gratis. Volveré a alojarme sin duda alguna.

hotel que esta como a menos de 10 minutos andando de la zona monumental, completamente renovado, habitación amplia, y muy limpia, el coche puedes aparcarlo en la calle en zona azul que los festivos es gratis, la calidad precio es excelente, muy recomendable

ชอบทำนองของโรงแรมนี้มาก ตั้งอยู่ในอาคารที่เหมือนปราสาท การตกแต่งยังมีรสชาติที่ดีในช่วงคริสต์มาสและปีใหม่ ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่พอและโรงแรมเป็นย่านการค้าของเมืองโบราณ มีให้เลือกกินและชอปปิ้งมากมายซึ่งครึกครื้นแต่โรงแรมเงียบ ด้านหลังโรงแรมเป็นพื้นที่ท่องเที่ยวเมืองโบราณซึ่งสามารถเดินไปถึงได้ซึ่งสะดวกมาก
