During my stay at this hotel, I felt very welcome by the staff in general. However, Badiaa at the restaurant is absolutely a star. She always wears a great smile, a sincere one, greets you in person and attends to your comfort. Thank you Badiaa!
New hotel. About 15 miles from the airport. Have stayed there twice for our trip (coming and leaving Morocco) Rest of family staying day before their flight out of Casa, (that's how much we liked this place). Staff will bend over backwards for you. Rooms are good size. 2nd stay was in suite b/c it was only room left. Pull out bed was okay but wished mattress was bit thicker. Otherwise, beds are quite comfortable. Recommend having breakfast-outstanding with traditional Morocco foods along with omelettes made to order.. Nice good size pool and gym. Outside of hotel, there isn't much to walk to. Much construction going on, so this will likely change. There is parking under hotel. Very narrow entrance to get into garage and out. If you have small car -no problem, but be careful -it's narrow. Would stay here again.
I recently stayed at the Radisson Casablanca Citadel for a four-night business trip. While there were some positives, unfortunately, the negatives outweighed them, leading to a less-than-satisfactory experience. The Good: - Smooth Check-In:The check-in process was quick and efficient, allowing me to settle into my room without any hassle. - Comfortable Room:My room was comfortable and met my expectations for a business trip. - Excellent Breakfast & Friendly Staff:The breakfast was truly a highlight – excellent variety and quality. The staff at the ground floor restaurant, both during breakfast and dinner, were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome every day. The Bad: 1. Rooftop Bar Noise: If you're staying on the 8th floor or higher, prepare for noise from the rooftop bar until midnight. It’s disruptive enough to ”bounce you out of bed.” I would recommend avoiding these floors unless you plan to enjoy the bar yourself. 2. Construction Noise: If you're trying to relax or work from your room during the day, expect disturbance from the large construction project next door. This was a constant source of distraction during my stay. 3. Unreliable Laundry Service: The laundry service was a major disappointment. Despite dropping off my laundry early Tuesday morning (before 9am as requested), it wasn’t delivered by the promised 7pm. After following up multiple times, I was told it would arrive between 9-10pm. By the time I returned to the hotel at 10pm, they casually informed me that it wouldn’t arrive until the next morning, which disrupted an important pre-breakfast meeting. The lack of care or apology from the staff was particularly frustrating. Given the wide range of hotel options in Casablanca, I will not be returning to the Radisson Casablanca Citadel. For business travelers, the issues with noise and service make this hotel difficult to recommend.
ผผู้เข้าพักI discourage using the Grand Mogador Casablanca. They do not have the amenities expected by travelers for a 5-star hotel. No casual restaurant, coffee bar, swimming pool nor lounge bar. If you want anything other than the expensive buffet, it has to be through room service or can order a small version of room service in the lobby sitting area. Although the rooms and lobby are very nice, it doesn’t make up for the lack of amenities. The most alarming part is that it is in a very run-down area of the city. This is not a walkable area for tourists and there is absolutely nothing close by. One of the ladies in our group got her water bottles confiscated by lobby security because you aren’t allowed to bring in any outside food or drink. There is no gift shop on the premises that sells water and snacks. She was able to retrieve it upon check-out. They couldn’t explain their reasoning for this policy! Head to the Corniche area. Much better for tourists.
YYasser AoujilThe location is very good, room was very neat and clean, and spacious, the bed is very big, breakfast is nice with many different options, bathroom/shower is good and clean.
All that said, i am quite upset about two things, the first is AC was not working in the room, the second is if you are coming from countries where you can have a visit to the room by a family member or friend, then don't go there, i went back to the hotel to grab some gifts and go to a party i was invited to, and i asked a family member to come with me to the room to help and get going in 5 min, and i just opened the room then reception started calling room's phone and saying you can't have visit, i said okey we are coming out, then they started calling again and again, just super annoying.
ผผู้เข้าพักI stayed this hotel as paid by a conference organizer. I did not pay myself and so my review might be biased. This hotel is one of the three hotels owned by the company running Companile Hotel which is located around the corner. The room I stayed is small but clean. There is a small desk and well air conditioned. What was missing to me was some coffee / tea with an electric kettle. But they were not needed this time because I was out of the room for almost all days during my 2-day stay. The shower’s water pressure and temperature could have been better but I guess some people don’t mind. The breakfast was decent and I wouldn’t mind staying again if it’s a day or two.
