I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my stay at the Domo Hotel in Casablanca. The behavior of the staff, particularly a receptionist on duty in the afternoon of September 6, 2024, was inappropriate and unbefitting of a four-star establishment. I was repeatedly questioned in an intrusive manner about my room while I was quietly dining in the hotel restaurant. This receptionist exhibited unsettling behavior by spending much of the afternoon watching my table in an insistent manner. To my surprise, he even informed me that certain interactions were prohibited in the hotel, without providing any clear explanations. Faced with this uncomfortable situation, I decided to leave the establishment without taking advantage of the nights I had booked and paid for. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to issue a refund. This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a Morocco that is progressing, where freedoms are increasingly respected, in contrast to what this hotel seems to still reflect.

Not a good experience, my room was not clean, walls not clean, curtains dirty and also the sofa and the armchair were dirty, air conditioning old system, the pool was not functioning, not the right hotel to stay even for one night. The hotel staff was nice, breakfast intercontinental but not too many choices.

Horrible hotel Poor services Unprofessional staff , you can ask for a service many times without any action Dirty , they do superficial cleaning Smell horrible Insects everywhere Far from the city centre I don’t recommend to stay here please find another alternative
