Hotel was centrally located within walking distance to the Medina, Port and Railway station. The reception was not very helpful and that maybe because they wanted to charge us for early checking. The rooms were ready but they waited till 3.0 pm before they gave us the key. They also did not go by first come first serve and were serving groups that came in later than the group that was there first. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom could do with some upgrade and maintenance. Water was getting clogged in the sink. We had a buffet dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and there was a variety which was good. Only thing was they were not providing drinking water during dinner because they wanted to charge for the water bottles. Overall we had a good stay at this Hotel.
