The location is absolutely unbeatable - stepping out the front door, I was practically at the gates of the medieval city. The evening stroll along the ramparts with the hotel’s illuminated facade in view was magical. My room was spacious and comfortable, with that perfect balance of modern amenities and traditional charm. Excellent breakfast!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sowell Hotels Les Chevaliers. We booked a Deluxe room with a terrace and a view of the medieval fortress of Carcassonne, and we definitely did not regret it. At night, the fortress was beautifully illuminated, and the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. The room itself was very nice. Even though it was -3°C outside, the room was warm thanks to the heating, and it felt very comfortable and cozy. Sleeping was also very comfortable. The room was quiet, and we did not hear any noise from other guests. We booked the room with breakfast. Breakfast was served as a buffet, with a good variety of food, all tasty and fresh. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I would expect a 4* hotel to have better facilities, such as a kettle and fridge in the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom needed refurbishment.

Clean comfortable hotel in a central location, friendly, helpful staff and easy check in and out.

Lovely hotel. Staff attentive. Housekeeping was very try good. Didn’t try the restaurant or breakfast but smelt good :) Room had a balcony which was an added bonus

Carcassonne is a castle-city town, the hotel is about 13 min waling distance from the train station. Room is clean, and comes with a bathtub.

酒店位置很好，就在市區中心，對面就是卡爾卡松城堡，走路就能到。衞生還可以，乾淨簡潔，就是普普通通沒有什麼驚喜，連迷你吧都沒有，和北方的酒店不能比。

Es un hotel que está genial. Tiene una buena ubicación, está en el medio de las dos zonas por visitar. Tiene un buffet de desayuno variado y está muy bien, sales bastante lleno. La habitación que nos pusieron tenía vistas al castillo y con una terracita para estar, pero el frío no nos dejó disfrutarla. Es muy amplia. El único detalle que las almohadas son muy blandas, pero por lo demás, genial. Una atención estupenda, muy atentos. Hay personal que sabía hablar español.

酒店房間可以看到城堡，有一個大陽台，可以曬太陽看城堡。房間和衞生間都比較大，還有拖鞋牙刷各種一次性用品，前台服務不錯，可以免費寄存行李。感覺酒店陽台是看城堡全景最好的地方，不過上午逆光，晚上夜景不錯，酒店走路到火車站大概20分鐘。

前台的工作人員特別好，那天我剛到酒店就發現把錢包落在上一站阿爾勒酒店的保險箱了，我不會法語，英語電話交流也太順暢，輕前台幫忙打電話給阿爾勒的酒店，她不僅熱情地幫我聯繫，還出了不少好主意，是的我的錢包和裏面的現金完璧歸趙。非常感謝🙏

酒店位置非常好，可以看到古城堡。前台服務熱情，房間設施也還可以，早餐也不錯。小城晚上比較清靜。不錯的旅行體驗。

設施：很好 衞生：很好 環境：很好 服務：很好。適合家人休閑度假，早餐也很豐富，家人覺得很舒適，房間也比較大，還有個陽台，適合孩子活動。

Gute Ausstattung und Lage, moderne Einrichtung. Allerdings nicht sonderlich sauber (Krümel und Kieselsteine auf dem Teppich, Haar in der Badewanne und ein Tuch roch nicht frisch). Empfang sehr freundlich, aber konnte uns (zu später Stunde) nicht weiterhelfen, aber immerhim nett. Das Frühstück, naja. Grosse Auswahl, aber nicht unbedingt gute französische Qualität, u.a. teigige Croissants. Ist wohl auf die amerikanischen Reisegruppen ausgerichtet...
