I loved the experience sooo much

Custom service was excellent, will definitely go again. 

The apartment is spacious, clean and luxurious. Lovvvvvve the bathrooms. I had a very relaxing stay at the Residences at Crystal Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was refreshing and had a wide selection of foods. The location is convenient, close to Canal Walk which we walked to often to buy whatever we needed to make our stay more enjoyable and visiting Hillsong Church opposite the road was an amazing experience.

I really don't feel good about even reviewing it. Let's keep it simple. 1. It was difficult to find the entrance, parking lot, and reception upon arrival. 2. I had to wait in front of the parking gate in the evening until the staff came because the parking lot key didn't work. 3. I asked the staff because the internet wasn't working, and she said she was giving me other option. The option was the Internet passwords on the upper and lower floors. It was so absurd, not the internet resolution in our room, but I used only one of them because it was only possible. 4. The staff never said sorry when they complained about this, and gave excuses and other reasons. 5. The blanket cover was not newly washed, but it had been cleaned up and smelly with traces of previous use. It was so dirty, and my daughter had to sleep in one room all because she was bitten by a bug.

соотношение цена качество на очень хорошем уровне всем советую - большая комната, красивый интерьер, отличная локация, сервис. очень хороший район. - номера немного требуют легкого ремонта, тк варочная панель и некоторая мебель была с небольшими повреждениями. но вся техника работает. оставили на кухне упаковку от еды, утром там нашли таракана. в общем остались только хорошие впечатления
