If you travel for fun, then the price and the enviromento is fine.But if you travel for business, this is one of the worst hotel I have experience, the receptionist has really bad atitude, they dont speak english and they descriminate foreigners. Second, they dont know how to make an invoice correctly with the CNPJ. They misspelled the name or not putting the whole adress correctly. And when i ask to change, they complain and give a bad atittude. I will not reserve this hotel for any of my clientes anymore. If the hotel wants to grow, the receptionists need to receive proper training once in a while. But

We visit Porto Alegre once or twice a year and usually stay in Laghetto Viverone but decided to try here for a change. We had booked an apartment with balcony a number of months before. However the day before we arrived (after the 24 hour cancelation policy ended) we received a message saying the hotel was under renovation and please excuse the noise. Found this very odd. We arrived and parked in the very small car park underneath the hotel. First impressions were not great, the lobby really looked like it needed updating. We had to wait a few minutes as our room wasn’t ready (it was already 3.30pm). Our room on the 7th floor and was very rough around the edges. There were cobwebs all over the ceiling and scratches and stains were very noticeable. The safe didn’t work, so we needed to call maintenance which came quickly and fixed it. The breakfast was fine. We walked to the pool to have a look but again the facility seemed very dated. The noise started at 9am the next morning but as we were already away it wasn’t a huge issue. It seems the hotel should really close for a few months and do this renovation as it’s badly needed and reopen once complete, without guests staying throughout as it’s leaving a bad impression. The location is certainly one of the best in the city.

They were trying to charge for a second guest in the room with a double bed. How weird of them. How can they charge for a second guest in the room if there is no breakfast being served? They said that the reservation was made on a different platform and all that trying to get an excuse for overcharging us. The man at the front desk was pretty rude with us saying “would it be fair to pay double when you are single?” - and even completed “so why would you want us to charge the room for two for you online?” Very weird the attention was horrible… I do not recommend!!! They want to charge for everything separately, ok, good for them. But for the second guest in the room? Is it a HOSTEL then?! Good luck, I am not coming back!
