Hotel situato in centro in posizione strategica, camere un po’ troppo piccole

The hotel was not what I expected. No view as advertised, but the bathroom was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Due to a family emergency at home, I had to check out 3 days early. They would not credit me for those days which was disappointing.

I really liked how close the hotel is to major tourist spots and transport links. Helpful and friendly staff. However the breakfast option was very limited, they need to add more items to the menu. Only cereal and pastries is not worth €12.

Easy walk from the train station, and very near the beach. Many dining and shopping choices nearby. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

We had médecine that should stay on the fridge because my husband is diabetic and the receptionist refused to take it, the hotel is not clean , the noise between room is just unacceptable : the most horrible stay . More we stayed one day only in stead of 3 , they took the hole stay at arrivée and they didn’t want to refund the 2 night!

The room lock / bathroom lock and safe do not work in this hotel. When I contacted the receptionist he said there is no staff and I am busy. To my surprise even the USB charging socket does not work and the receptionist does not help and is rude. This hotel is not safe for female travelers They charged me 100 euros for checking out early as I ran from the hotel feeling unsafe

Pleasant stay, comfortable room, and helpful staff.

Best location, but very basic in the provided facilities, even there is no fridge. We loved the lady in the reception. She is so kind.

In the centre of Cannes, a really nice little hotel, great helpful staff, very clean, everything in walking distance.
