Pretty nice place to stay. Great views from balcony and pool area. Really good prices for staying there. Worth a visit. Rooms could be a little cleaner but other than that i’d give this place 4 stars

The vibes was so good and it’s worth the money!

When it comes to accommodation, I prefer places that are clean, comfortable, and quiet. A good location is also important because it makes it easier to explore the city and visit local attractions. I appreciate friendly and helpful staff who can make guests feel welcome. Comfortable beds, reliable Wi-Fi, and a safe environment are essential for me. If possible, I also enjoy staying in places with a nice view or a relaxing atmosphere where I can unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, I value comfort, cleanliness, good service, and a pleasant experience more than luxury.

Great hotel and amenities, really close from the airport and the beach! Would recommend

The staff was very friendly and nice, room is tidy and with sea view, internet quick enough, the location is also close to downtown bus station.

The reception was not really attentive to address the issues raised by us like , no sleepers in the room , the sink water is not draining properly, poor condition of shower , toilet flush tank works on your luck only ! No response at all ! Could be much better !

Very average rooms with no kettle. Clean enough and the house keeping ladies are always lovely and attentive The whole hotel Needs refurbishing, beach day beds material old and worn with material falling off. Pool towels are nice and thick and fluffy. Expensive restaurant and always several items not available from menu. Bar near reception has happy hour 6.30-7.30 nightly. 2 for one drinks. Convenience store located directly opposite for snacks and street style Mexican food and tea & coffee. Pool is the highlight of this resort.

The hotel is a banger for value. It is not a four star hotel - yes the floor may not be the most comfortable, but it has ALL the amenities you will need. The staff was helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there at a very affordable price. 10/10

The small pillows were dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been washed in a long time. Even though I booked a deluxe room with a king-sized bed, I ended up with a regular one. I asked the staff if a balcony would be included, since it was a deluxe room, but they said it was only upon availability. I paid for a deluxe room! The room description said slippers would be provided, but they weren’t. I’ll never book here again.

For 2 days there was no hot water, there was no windows that opened, there was a pane of glass that was filthy dirty, I was forced to pay 90 pesos on checkout because a hand towel had a blood stain on it, I travel for 2 months of the year worldwide and have never stayed anywhere as bad as this place, never again, beware amigos

This was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.

Had the best Sunrise view from the balcony, comfortable spacious room, and thank you to the staff for letting us wait and use the lounge and pool as our flight was at night.

If I could give it a double zero I would. Do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to get charged for patched repair door job. The bathroom door was stuck to open then a piece of the door broke off. 1,800 pesos charge. Even though I explained to them that it looked like a hacked up repair job they still charged me that fee to be able to check out. This is the worst hotel that rips people off. Also I truly believe that their hand soap is also their shampoo and body wash. Found roaches and the drain was clogged and Couldn’t flush the toilet.
