We stayed at secrets the vine for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the facility is well maintained. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming. We love the room with a great below of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurants are average with a bit poor air con. They only thing that I don’t really like is the fragrance that they used at the lobby. Overall, it was a good stay and we may come back in the future.

We love this hotel. It’s clean and it offered a variety of restaurants choices from bar to cafe and fine dining. You can see the beautiful view of the ocean right outside of the swimming pool. We recommend this hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement: 1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet. 2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system. 3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach. 4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it. 5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient. 6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options.

I 100 percent recommend this hotel to any couple traveling to Cancun . The honeymoon suite was just good . The hotel is clean and the staff was very cooperative .

It was the best ever experience. Everything was all inclusive. all the stuff were so nice and the quality of food was amazing. They had a light show as well. It’s worth the money to stay. They have variety of program while are you staying.

I stayed at the Secrets the Vine to celebrate my birthday May 27, 2022- June 01, 2022. Overall, I'd give the hotel a solid 3.5 out of 5. It honestly didn't live up to either me or my boyfriends expectations for the big price tag. The facilities were nice and my room was nice with a nice view of the ocean. Pros: staff came and cleaned every day. Shower got really hot. Bed was comfy. Cons: Only 2 pillows on the bed. I like at least two each for proper neck support and comfort. I've stayed in nicer hotels for less. The food overall was just okay. The breakfast buffet lacked in variety and the food could definitely use more seasonings and flavor. The staff in the restaurants were mostly friendly. The one thing I didn't like the most was the lack of activities on the hotel site. It rained for like 3 days straight over my vacation and the hotel offered very little to keep us entertained. There were towels, buckets, and puddles all over the lobby area from the rain water seeping in. I'm sure that was a safety hazard in its self. Bottom line: Oftentimes I found myself quite bored and had to leave the premises in search of a good time. If you're just looking to relax and kick your feet up, then stay here. If you want entertainment and fun, please continue your search.

酒店總體不是很大，適合純躺平。早餐和午餐的自助餐或room service都還可以，晚餐有幾家自助點菜式餐廳可選，其中牛排館很棒，記得開門就去排隊。多帶20-100比索或1-5美金的零錢，偶爾給些小費服務體驗會好很多。

There was a problem with having to wait even after the check-in time, but I stayed for 5 days and the location was good and the food was delicious. The Asian food was the most delicious. 【翻訳】 チェックインの時に時間になっても待たされるという問題がありましたが5日間滞在してロケーションも良く食事も美味しかったです。 アジアン料理が1番美味しかった。

今回、夫の誕生日&ハネムーンを兼ねてハネムーンオーシャンフロントにアップグレードをし利用させていただきました。事前に誕生日の旨伝えおり、ハネムーンの特別なお部屋にしていました。しかし、到着した際何もお部屋には何も無く（サイトでは誕生日、ハネムーン特典でメッセージカードやドリンク等があるとのことでした）、夜まで案内もなかったため、サイトで特典について改めて調べて確認し、フロントまで聞きに行き、そこで誕生日プレートとハネムーンお部屋朝食を以来していただきました。誕生日、ハネムーン特典やお部屋朝食の案内がなかったこと、フロントにお願いした後に手違いで2つケーキが別のタイミングで来てしまったり、朝食をオーダーした時間に来なかったため再度連絡する必要があったりなど、不安になってしまうことがありました。またベットサイドテーブルにランプがある写真を見ていたのですが、実際は無かったため、夜間は少し不便でした。お部屋の景色はカリブ海を一望できとても素晴らしく、お料理も美味しかったです。全体的にホテルのスタッフの皆さんの応対は素晴らしく、また泊まりたいなと思えるホテルです。

非常好的酒店，服務很好。 吃得一般，飯店衹推薦牛排館。小心排大隊，建議先取號，再吃亞洲菜或者點酒店內餐食。 風景比較不錯，可以看兩岸。

衞生：很乾凈，公共區域也打掃的很乾凈 服務：餐廳在吃飯高峯期需要等位，我們是晚上7點入住的，大概將近9點吃上飯的 其他：美國中老年人客人比較多
